TravelTech startups · Website

Build a site where a traveller sees the plan, the policy and the next step on one screen.

A website for a TravelTech startup is the place where a traveller checks the trip, the price, the refund rule and who runs it, and where a company buyer checks the tools and terms. GullySales plans the pages, the enquiry path and the tracking that shows which page led to a booking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For TravelTech startups

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The refund rule must come before payment”

A traveller deciding on an advance looks for what happens if plans change. If the policy is hidden or vague, the doubt delays the booking or causes a dispute later. Showing it plainly on the trip page and before the payment step builds trust.

  • “Mobile is the main screen”

Most travel browsing happens on a phone, often while a friend looks at the same screen. Large photographs that load slowly, small buttons and a long form lose the visitor. The trip page should work in one thumb-reach scroll.

  • “A trip page needs the full plan, not a teaser”

A traveller who sees only a hero image and a price will ask the same questions by message. Day plan, stay, transfers, inclusions, exclusions and group size answer them in advance and lower the load on the team.

  • “Leisure and corporate visitors need different doors”

A company buyer who lands on a beach-holiday homepage will leave. A clear route into a corporate section, with approvals, invoices and support hours, lets each type of visitor find the right pages without searching.

What we do

What we deliver for TravelTech startups.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure for trips and tools

A page plan covering route pages, theme pages, stays, a corporate section and policy pages, linked in a clear order.

Result: A written map of pages, with a purpose for each one.

  2. Trip page layout

A standard layout showing the day plan, the stay, inclusions, the refund rule, open dates and one enquiry button.

Result: Every trip page answers the common questions on the first read.

  3. Enquiry and group-quote forms

Short forms for individual enquiries and for group quotes that return a figure per head.

Result: A form that captures dates, group size and budget.

  4. A policy and trust section

Pages for refunds, changes, safety, supplier standards and the people behind the company.

Result: Policy and contact pages a traveller can read before paying.

  5. Booking tracking set-up

Tracking that records which page, source and form led to each enquiry and booking.

Result: The owner sees which trip pages bring paid bookings.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we build our own booking engine?
Not at first. A clear enquiry form with a human reply may serve a young company better than a half-built payment flow. If you do build one, test the refund and failure paths before any traveller uses it.
How many pages does the site need?
As many as you have trips and answers to give, and no more. A strong page for each live route, a corporate section and policy pages can be enough to start. We add pages as the booking record supports them.
Do photographs need to be our own?
Own photographs from real departures build more trust than stock images, and travellers can tell the difference. Where you lack them, we plan a way to collect them from guides and travellers, with permission, after each trip.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
