Vehicle rental · Digital marketing

Put Maps, search, WhatsApp and repeat messages to work as one booking system.

Digital marketing for a vehicle rental business is the combined use of your listing, website, search, social posts and messages to bring in and keep bookings. GullySales lays these out as one plan, starting from your own booking record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For vehicle rental

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each channel is run alone”

Maps is updated once, the website is a year old and the Instagram page is posted to in bursts. None of them tells the same story, so a customer who finds you on one cannot trust it on another.

  • “Aggregators are treated as the whole market”

Platforms bring volume, but they own the customer and set the price. A plan that only feeds them leaves you with no list, no repeat and no say in the rate.

  • “Spend is placed before the basics are fixed”

Paid ads sent to a page with no photos and a slow reply cost money and bring the wrong impression. The listing, the page and the reply should come before the budget.

  • “Idle weekdays need their own market”

Weekend leisure demand fills itself. The Tuesday gap is filled by companies, contractors and local errands, and those buyers are reached by different messages.

What we do

What we deliver for vehicle rental.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan from your bookings

A short plan naming which channels to use for which vehicle and trip, based on your booking sheet.

Result: You know where each rupee of effort goes.

  2. A reply and listing fix first

Work on the Google profile, the website and the first reply before any paid spend.

Result: The basics hold up before traffic arrives.

  3. A direct-booking route

Pages, a WhatsApp link and a repeat message so customers can book without a platform.

Result: More bookings arrive with your own customer details.

  4. A weekday and corporate plan

A message and a pack for companies, contractors and local users to fill the quiet days.

Result: The off-peak days have a target audience.

  5. A review against your sheet

A reading of enquiries, confirmed bookings and vehicle use against what was recorded at the start.

Result: You can see what moved and what did not.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small operator begin?
With the Google profile and the first reply. They cost the least and decide whether a customer who finds you goes on to book.
Do we stop using the platforms?
No. We help you build direct routes beside them, so that your dependence on the platforms falls over time while their volume still helps.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
