Water treatment plant manufacturers · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the plant engineer's search, not for the single word water.

SEO for a water treatment plant manufacturer is building the pages an engineer or consultant lands on when searching for a DM plant, softener or RO skid for a named use. GullySales works on page structure, the search terms engineers type and the technical explanation behind each page.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For water treatment plant manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Engineers search by problem and equipment”

A utilities head types boiler feed water hardness or DM plant for a boiler, not your company name. One page titled Our Products answers neither. Each water problem and each plant type needs its own page with the sizing logic written out.

  • “Photographs of skids rank for nothing”

A gallery of fabricated frames gives a search engine no words to read. Design basis, source water ranges handled, materials of construction and pretreatment steps are what an engineer compares, so they must sit on the page as text.

  • “Consultants read the site before they take the call”

A project consultant looks at capability pages and reference notes before adding a maker to a list of invitees. A thin site loses that place quietly, and no enquiry arrives to show it happened.

  • “Your own town is a smaller market than your buyers”

Plants ship to estates and projects in other states. Pages written for one city miss the plant head in another cluster who is searching for the same equipment.

What we do

What we deliver for water treatment plant manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each plant type

RO, DM, softener, ultrafiltration and containerised plants each get a page covering duty, pretreatment and materials.

Result: Every plant you build has a page an engineer can land on.

  2. A page for each water use

Boiler feed, process water, hotel supply, hospital water and cooling make-up written as separate problems.

Result: A search about boiler feed arrives at a page about boiler feed.

  3. Search terms from your enquiry history

Words used in portal enquiries and phone calls, collected and matched to the pages above.

Result: A term sheet drawn from your own buyers, not from a tool's guess.

  4. Titles and descriptions rewritten

Page titles and descriptions that name the plant and its use in the words an engineer types.

Result: Search your own page and read what it promises.

  5. Technical text signed off by your engineer

Each statement on capacity, materials or pretreatment checked by your design team before it goes live.

Result: Your engineer's initials sit against every technical page.

  6. Search Console review

Queries and landing pages read against the site as it stood before the work began.

Result: You can compare which searches now reach which pages.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will we rank first for RO plant?
No one can promise a position. The work is to make the site the clearest answer for narrower searches, such as a DM plant for a boiler, where the buyer is already close to asking for a quote.
Do we need a blog for SEO?
Write only what an engineer would search for: sizing explanations, pretreatment choices, a comparison of media. A post with no search behind it gives you a page and no reader.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
