Water treatment plant manufacturers · Website

Build a site that shows the design logic and not just the skid in the photograph.

A website for a water treatment plant manufacturer is the technical reference an engineer, consultant or purchase head checks before asking for a quote. GullySales works on page structure, the capability and reference material, and the route that takes a water report.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For water treatment plant manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is checking, not browsing”

A project head with a shortlist visits to see whether you build for their industry, which materials you use and whether the firm looks established. Missing information reads as missing capability.

  • “Product pages need the water problem at the top”

Start with the problem, such as hardness in boiler feed, and bring the plant in after it. Engineers arrive with a problem in mind, so the page should speak to that first.

  • “The buyer opens the link on the factory floor”

A plant head standing in the utilities area opens a link from WhatsApp on a phone. Heavy files, tiny tables and pop-ups lose them. A table of plant duty must read on a small screen.

  • “The enquiry form is where reports die”

A form asking only for name and message loses the water analysis. Let the visitor upload the report or send it on WhatsApp, and ask the fields an engineer would ask.

What we do

What we deliver for water treatment plant manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure by plant, water use and industry

A map of pages so that each buyer reaches the plant and the problem that matches theirs.

Result: Each kind of buyer has an obvious page to land on.

  2. A capability page

Materials of construction, pump and membrane brands, ranges handled and fabrication facilities, all stated as text.

Result: A consultant can approve you from one page.

  3. A reference section with consent

Installed plants shown by industry, with written permission from each customer and your engineer's check.

Result: Every reference on the site is one you may show.

  4. An enquiry form that takes a water report

Fields for source, flow need and end use, with an upload for the lab report and a WhatsApp option.

Result: A buyer can send everything your engineer needs in one go.

  5. A downloadable capability pack

The pack from your sales team, offered as a file a purchase head can forward inside the company.

Result: The document leaves the site and travels to a decision maker.

  6. A check of tables and files on a phone

Duty tables and downloads tested on a small screen, and trimmed where they fail.

Result: Open the site on a phone and read every table.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we publish prices?
Plants are sized to the water and the load, so a price list misleads. Publish what drives the cost and invite the water report for a quote, so the visitor sees why the figure depends on the source.
Can we show plants built for named customers?
Only with the customer's written permission, and with the plant, source water and date named beside any figure. Standards and testing rules differ, so check with your own adviser before publishing.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
