Water treatment plant manufacturers · WhatsApp marketing

Take the water report, drawing and quote query onto the phone the engineer already uses.

WhatsApp marketing for a water treatment plant manufacturer is using WhatsApp Business to receive water reports, send drawings and reference notes, and stay in touch with plant heads after commissioning. GullySales works on the business profile, the message set and the rules for who answers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For water treatment plant manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Engineers send reports as photographs”

A plant engineer photographs the lab report on a phone and sends it on WhatsApp. If your only enquiry route is a web form, that report never reaches you. A number that accepts it is the short path to a quote.

  • “Drawings and datasheets travel well on it”

A process flow sketch, a datasheet or a walkaround video lands on the purchase head's phone, already in hand. Name the files by customer and plant type so the right one is found when asked for.

  • “Service reminders fit the channel”

Membrane change, media replacement and AMC visits can be reminded to the plant head here. Permission is taken first, and each message states the plant and the item due.

  • “A shared number needs an owner”

If three engineers use one number, the thread becomes a muddle. Decide who answers, what is passed to design and how a conversation is moved into the CRM.

What we do

What we deliver for water treatment plant manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile that describes the work

Plant types, address, regions served and a catalogue of what you build, entered on the WhatsApp Business profile.

Result: A buyer who opens the profile sees what you make.

  2. Saved replies for the first questions

Written answers asking for source water details, daily need and end use, ready to send in one tap.

Result: Each new chat starts with the same useful questions.

  3. A consent line for service reminders

A sentence added at commissioning asking permission to send reminders about media and membranes.

Result: Every reminder goes to someone who agreed to it.

  4. A rule for moving chats into the record

Which details from a conversation are copied into the CRM, and by whom.

Result: A chat that matters is also in the quote file.

  5. Lists by plant type

Past buyers grouped by plant, so a note on a membrane or media change reaches only those it concerns.

Result: Messages go to the right group, not to the whole book.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we message every factory on a list?
Not without regard for the platform's current rules and the recipient's permission. Message people who have enquired or bought, and take consent for reminders. Bulk messages to strangers put the number at risk.
Should the engineer use a personal number?
Use a business number with the profile filled in. A personal number mixes work with family, leaves with the engineer who quits, and keeps the thread out of your records.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
