Water treatment plant manufacturers · Digital marketing

Join search, portals, LinkedIn and consultants into one route to the quote request.

Digital marketing for a water treatment plant manufacturer is the combined work of the website, search, trade portals, LinkedIn and email that reaches engineers and consultants. GullySales works on how these connect, what each is for and what the enquiry log says about their return.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For water treatment plant manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels are judged on quotes, not clicks”

A paid ad on boiler feed water that brings enquiries with no water report is a poor channel. The test is which enquiries reach a site survey, and that is read from your enquiry log, not from the ad dashboard.

  • “The portal and the site must agree”

A buyer who finds you on a trade portal then searches your name. If the site states a different capacity or range, trust drops. Keep plant types and ranges identical in both places.

  • “Specifiers are reached by direct contact and search”

A consultant may never click an ad. A note carrying a reference, a LinkedIn post and a clear capability page reach them where they work.

  • “Spend belongs where an order has already come from”

Money moved to a source before the log shows it producing orders is a guess. Start with the source that has closed work, and widen outward from there.

What we do

What we deliver for water treatment plant manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel map

A page stating what each channel is for, who it reaches and who in your team owns it.

Result: Each channel has a purpose and a named owner.

  2. Tracking from enquiry to order

A source recorded on each lead and carried through quote, survey and order.

Result: You can trace any order back to where the buyer first appeared.

  3. A campaign built on one water use

Search and landing page for a single need, such as DM plant for a boiler, with a reply route that takes the water report.

Result: One need has one page, one route and one result to read.

  4. A review of your portal profile

Plant types, ranges and photographs on the trade portal checked against the website and corrected.

Result: Portal and site describe the same plants.

  5. A note for consultants and past buyers

An email carrying a reference, a capability pack and one clear ask, sent to people who already know you.

Result: Warm contacts hear from you with something worth reading.

  6. Results read against the enquiry log

Each channel's quotes and orders set side by side, with the weakest named.

Result: You can see which channel to change first.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need paid ads?
Not at the start. Search ads suit a plant type with clear search terms, such as a DM plant for a boiler. Decide after the site and the reply route work, and set a ceiling you can afford to lose.
What does an online presence need first?
A site that states plant types, capacities handled and materials, a route that accepts a water report, and a named person who replies. Every other channel sits on top of those three.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
