Wedding photographers · Website

Give the family one site where full weddings open easily on a phone and enquiries reach you.

A website for a wedding photographer is the place that holds full weddings, your team, your packages and a clear route to enquire. GullySales works on the structure, the gallery pages and the enquiry path, so a family can judge you and write to you in one visit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For wedding photographers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Families open the site on a phone, together”

A father and a mother lean over one handset. If the gallery is slow or the pictures are cropped badly, the visit ends. The site has to load and read well on a mid-range phone.

  • “A portfolio of the best twenty pictures proves little”

The family wants a whole wedding in its own tradition. A site showing only stylish portraits cannot show whether you caught the rituals.

  • “Price and team are hidden and the family leaves”

A site with no word on who attends or what the package covers sends the family to a photographer whose page explains. A short, honest package page keeps the right enquiries and sends away the wrong ones.

  • “A contact form nobody checks is worse than none”

A form that sends to an old email address loses the booking. The enquiry route should be the WhatsApp number or phone that someone actually answers.

What we do

What we deliver for wedding photographers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure planned around families

Pages for full weddings, traditions, venues, packages, the team and enquiry, arranged so a family finds its own wedding first.

Result: A family can reach a relevant gallery in a few taps.

  2. Gallery pages built to open on a phone

Gallery layouts that load comfortably on a mobile connection, with captions that name the venue and function.

Result: Galleries open without freezing on an ordinary phone.

  3. A package and team page

A plain page stating who attends, the functions covered, the deliverables and how payment stages work.

Result: The questions asked in every first call are answered on the site.

  4. An enquiry route that reaches you

A WhatsApp button, a call button and a short form routed to a number or address you check.

Result: Every enquiry arrives where you will see it.

  5. A list of changes to hand over

A written list of what was changed, where, and how to add a new wedding, so you can maintain the site yourself.

Result: You can add the next wedding without help.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need our own website if we have Instagram?
Yes. A website holds full weddings in order, ranks on search and belongs to you. Instagram shows style but cannot hold the whole day.
Can you build it on a platform we already use?
That works if the platform allows galleries and a clear enquiry path. We look at what you have first and recommend changes only where it blocks a family from seeing a wedding or contacting you.
Who owns the site and the pictures on it?
You do. Keep the domain in your own name, and keep written permission from each couple for any wedding shown.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
