AI startups · Social media

Post what your AI did on a real file, and who it was for.

Social media marketing for an AI startup means showing the product at work in a buyer's own language on the networks where function owners read. GullySales plans the posts, founder voice and community presence that move a reader from scroll to enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For AI startups

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Hype posts get ignored by the people who sign”

Feeds are full of announcements about new models. A buyer scrolling past sees noise. A short post showing one task before and after, with its limits, reads like evidence instead.

  • “The founder's profile is the main channel”

Early buyers check the founder before the company page. A profile that explains the job, the customer and the approach carries more weight than a brand account with no history.

  • “Communities hold quieter, better buyers”

Finance, operations and support professionals trade tips in groups and chats. Answering a question there without pitching builds a name that later searches lead back to.

What we do

What we deliver for AI startups.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A post bank built on real tasks

A set of post ideas drawn from actual use cases, each showing an input, an output and a limit.

Result: Every post shows something a buyer can judge.

  2. Founder profile rewrite

A clear headline, about section and featured items that say who you help and with what.

Result: A buyer who checks the profile understands the offer in moments.

  3. A community participation plan

A list of groups and forums where your target function gathers, with ground rules for useful contributions.

Result: You take part where buyers are, without posting adverts.

  4. Short demo clips and screenshots

Recordings of a task run on sample files, edited to show the steps and the stated limits.

Result: Visitors see the product working without a call.

  5. Enquiry hand-off

A routine that sends a reply or comment from a social post into your enquiry log with its source.

Result: Interest from social posts is tracked, not forgotten.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Posts and pieces to plan

Put real files and real jobs at the centre of each post.

One file in, one result out
A short clip or screenshot of a real task being done, with customer data removed. Buyers trust a visible result more than a feature list.
A mistake the product made and the fix
A founder post on a wrong output found in testing and what changed. Function owners value a team that shows its misses.
Question from a community thread
Answer a question a finance or support lead asked in a professional group, in your own words, with a link only if it adds something.
Who this is not built for
A post naming the teams for whom the product is the wrong choice. It reads as honest and saves both sides time.
What we learned from a pilot
A lesson from a customer pilot, shared with their written approval, focused on the task rather than praise.

Who it is for

This is written for these AI startups.

  • Agent and workflow automation startups for operations teams
  • Document processing and data extraction startups
  • Sales, marketing and customer support AI tool makers
  • Vertical AI startups for clinics, schools, legal or finance firms
  • Vernacular speech and language model startups
  • Computer vision startups for inspection, retail and security
  • AI consulting and implementation boutiques
  • Developer tool and model infrastructure startups

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your customers have not agreed to be mentioned, and without a safe way to show results the feed would be claims only.
  • The founder cannot reply to comments and messages, and a post with questions left open does damage.
  • You are still changing what the product does each month, so posts would describe features that no longer exist.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm audience, platforms and access

We note which platforms your buyers use and check that the pages sit under your own business accounts, with you as owner and us as added roles.

  2. 2

    Review the current presence

We read the existing pages, the posts that drew replies and the gaps in posting.

  3. 3

    Build the calendar

Themes, formats and dates are set out for your approval, with space for offers and news.

  4. 4

    Create, approve and publish

Posts are made, approved by you and scheduled. Replies to the public are handled in your voice.

  5. 5

    Record enquiries and adjust

Enquiries are logged against the post or platform where they began, and the mix changes to follow what brings them.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which network matters most for a B2B AI product?
The one your buyer's function already reads for work, and for Indian business roles that is LinkedIn. We confirm this against your own enquiries before committing effort elsewhere.
Should the company or the founder post?
Both, with different jobs. The founder shares views and field observations. The company page holds product updates, case notes and hiring. Early on, the founder's posts do more of the introducing.
Can we show customer data in posts?
Only with the customer's written permission and with names and figures removed or approved. Sample files you create yourselves are a safer default for demonstrations.
How do we post when we only have a few users?
Post the work, not the user count. Show one task, the input, the output and the limits. A small, specific demonstration of the product on a real job earns more trust from a function owner than vague claims about growth.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.
