FinTech startups · Website

Make the site answer who holds the money before the buyer has to ask.

A website for a FinTech startup is the page a buyer, a CA and a bank partner all check before they trust the company. It has to show the product, the regulated partner and the way to complain. GullySales plans and builds the pages and keeps every statement inside what your compliance adviser approves.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For FinTech startups

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The partner name is the first thing a careful owner looks for”

A shop owner or finance head wants to see which bank or NBFC stands behind the product. A site that hides it reads as a warning, and the tab closes.

  • “Three buyers land on one homepage”

A merchant, a finance head and a bank risk team arrive with different questions. A homepage that sends each to their own page in a click keeps all three.

  • “Security and grievance pages are read closely”

A finance head checks data handling and a partner checks complaint routes. Vague paragraphs fail both. Plain statements, reviewed by compliance, pass.

  • “The sign-up path must not break on a phone”

Merchants meet the site on a mobile. A slow page or a form that fails on a cheap phone loses the buyer before the app is even opened.

What we do

What we deliver for FinTech startups.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page plan by buyer

A site map with a route for merchants, finance teams and partners.

Result: A map showing each buyer's path to a contact or sign-up.

  2. Trust pages

Pages on the regulated partner, security, data use and how to raise a complaint, written for review.

Result: Pages your compliance adviser has read line by line.

  3. Product and integration pages

Pages for each product feature and accounting tool you work with, in plain words.

Result: Each feature and integration has a page of its own.

  4. A mobile-first build

Layout, speed and forms tested on ordinary phones and slower connections.

Result: A site that works on the phones your buyers use.

  5. Analytics and form tracking

Tracking set up so each page, form and call-back request can be traced to a sign-up.

Result: A report showing which pages bring registered users.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

brand api documentation
An integration page for finance and tech teams with a sandbox access request and the name of a contact.
brand privacy and security
A page explaining what data is collected, where it is kept and who inside the company can see it.

Who it is for

This is written for these FinTech startups.

  • Payment gateway and UPI collection startups for small merchants
  • Digital lending and credit-line startups working with an NBFC or bank partner
  • Accounting, invoicing and bill-payment tools for MSMEs
  • Expense, payout and corporate-card startups for finance teams
  • Wealth and investing app startups working under a licensed entity
  • Neobanking and salary-account startups for gig and blue-collar workers
  • Remittance and cross-border payment startups for exporters
  • Regtech and KYC infrastructure startups selling to banks

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The licensed partner has not agreed to be named, so the trust pages would stay empty
  • The sign-up path is still being rebuilt, so a new site would send people to a broken form

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

What must a FinTech website show?
Whatever your papers support: the company, the regulated partner as named in your agreement, the grievance route and how data is handled. Your compliance adviser decides the exact wording.
Can we use the words approved or regulated?
Only if your documents prove that exact statement. Registered, partnered and approved mean different things, and rules differ by regulator and product.
Should the site be in Hindi or regional languages too?
If your merchants speak them, yes, at least for the sign-up and trust pages. A buyer reads money terms more carefully in the language they think in.
Where on the site should licence and partner details sit?
On a trust page linked from the footer and from the sign-up step. A careful owner looks for them before giving documents. Use the exact names and forms your partner agreement allows, and have compliance or your adviser check the wording.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
