Mineral export companies · Digital marketing

Put one plan behind the website, portals, search and outreach, so importers see one supplier.

Digital marketing for a mineral exporter is the combined work of the website, search, trade portals, professional profiles and direct outreach, aimed at importers in chosen countries. GullySales sets the plan market by market, and reads the enquiry record with you to see which channel brings real buyers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For mineral export companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels that disagree make you look careless”

An importer may see your portal listing, your website and a trade directory entry. If the grade, packing or port differs, the buyer wonders which is true. One source sheet, copied to every channel, removes the problem.

  • “One country at a time gives readable results”

Spreading effort across every market produces replies that cannot be compared. Choose a country, send introductions, track the replies and then decide. The same discipline applies to a new mineral or grade.

  • “Paid placement needs a clear landing page”

If you pay for visibility on a portal or in search, the buyer should arrive on a page that matches the click, with the specification and a way to ask for a sample. Otherwise you pay for visits that go nowhere.

  • “Rule changes can close a market overnight”

Policy on duties and permissions for some minerals shifts. A plan with a second market prepared in advance lets outreach continue. Your adviser confirms what is open, and your marketing plan keeps a reserve list ready.

What we do

What we deliver for mineral export companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Market-by-market plan

A written plan naming each country, mineral and channel, with the first actions and how replies will be read.

Result: You can state which markets you are working on and why.

  2. Channel audit

A review of your website, portal listings, profiles and directories for consistency in grade, packing and port.

Result: Every channel tells the same story.

  3. Source sheet

One master set of product facts that is copied to every listing and page.

Result: A change in the yard is corrected everywhere from one place.

  4. Enquiry record by channel

A tracker showing where each enquiry arrived and what became of it.

Result: You can see which channel produced a qualified importer.

  5. Reserve market list

Importers and sheets prepared for a second country for each main mineral.

Result: Outreach has somewhere to move if one market closes.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Where an importer meets a mineral exporter online, and what each place must show.

Search for the mineral plus the loading port
Your site's product page answers it, with grade, packing and port. The same facts must match the portal listing.
Trade portal listing
A listing with your current sheet and photos. Check the portal's current rules on what may be shown and keep it consistent with the website.
LinkedIn search for exporters by mineral
A company page naming the minerals and ports, with posts of loading and the yard. A buyer's colleague will check it before replying.
Email reply to a first enquiry
A reply with the qualifying questions and the sheet attached, using the same wording as the website so the supplier looks like one business.
Search for the country plus the mineral
A country page for a market you serve, naming typical ports and papers. Build one market at a time so results can be read.

Who it is for

This is written for these mineral export companies.

  • Barytes, bauxite and iron ore exporters
  • Granite block and slab exporters
  • Mica, quartz and feldspar exporters
  • Industrial mineral and mineral powder exporters
  • Manganese and chromite ore exporters
  • Exporters shipping through merchant exporters or agents
  • Mineral processors who have begun to export
  • Traders who source across states and ship through one port

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your product information differs between the portal, the website and the sheet, and fixing that comes before any new channel
  • You cannot respond to overseas enquiries the same day, so more reach would lose the buyers it brings
  • A rule change has closed your main market and you have not yet decided which country to work next

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should we start?
With the product sheets and the enquiry routine, because everything else sends buyers to them. Then add search, portals and outreach one at a time. The audit with you decides the order.
Can you manage paid ads?
We can plan and review them where they suit a mineral exporter, though your enquiries may come mainly from search, portals and direct outreach. Spend is your decision, and we promise no result.
Which country should we focus on first?
Choose the one where you already have a buyer or an agent, since a reference is worth more than a cold start. A single market also makes results readable, and you can add another once replies from the first are handled well.
How do duty and permission changes affect the plan?
A closed or changed market removes a page and a list, not the whole plan. Keep a second country ready, with its buyer list and papers, and check the current position with your customs broker before spending on any market.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
