Shrimp farms · Digital marketing

Digital work for a shrimp farm is a small set of tools aimed at a short list of buyers.

Digital marketing for a shrimp farm joins a farm page, a buyer list, WhatsApp, a crop record and a search listing into one plan for reaching processors, agents and local buyers. GullySales decides what the farm needs and leaves out what it does not.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For shrimp farms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The farm's buyers number in the tens, not thousands”

A plant list is short. Mass advertising reaches people who will never buy shrimp. The digital plan is built around naming each buyer and giving each a reason to remember the farm.

  • “Tools are chosen by where the buyer is”

Plants and agents answer calls and WhatsApp. Hotels search on Google and Maps. A page, a Google profile and a messaging routine cover both. Anything beyond that has to earn its place.

  • “Each piece has to point at the same facts”

A farm page, a profile and a WhatsApp business listing that name different ponds or species confuse a buyer. One set of facts, kept in one place and copied out, stops the farm contradicting itself.

  • “Spend on ads is the last decision”

A farm of a few acres has few buyers within reach, and advertising is wasted on those outside it. Records, introductions and a clear page come first, and paid reach is considered only if a gap remains.

What we do

What we deliver for shrimp farms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan of what to use and what to skip

Which tools the farm needs, in order, with the reason for each.

Result: A one-page plan the owner can read in a sitting.

  2. A single fact sheet for the farm

Name, location, species, ponds, stocking pattern and contacts, kept as the source for every listing.

Result: One file that every page and profile is copied from.

  3. Linked listings

The farm page, Google profile and WhatsApp business profile set to match.

Result: The three show the same name and details.

  4. A buyer list tied to the plan

Each buyer assigned the channel where they are reached.

Result: A list showing channel per buyer.

  5. A review point after the crop

What the farm used, what buyers responded to and what to drop.

Result: A short written review after a harvest.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Searches that matter to a shrimp farm, and the piece of the plan that answers each.

shrimp farm supply in my district
A listing and a farm page that name the district and the species, so a buyer searching the area finds a farm rather than a directory.
who buys vannamei near me
A question a new farm or agent asks. It points to a short page on how you sell, and to the buyer list that you keep in your own records.
prawn supplier for hotel kitchen
A local supply page with sizes, packing and delivery area, linked from your business profile so a caterer reaches it from a map search.
shrimp farm contact number
A contact route the farm controls: a business profile with the right number and a page that opens a message, so the buyer reaches the person who can answer.
shrimp harvest schedule
A harvest notice routine rather than a public page. The buyers who ask for it receive it directly, so the plan has a place for messages as well as search.
shrimp farm photos
An image set taken at your ponds, used on the page and the profile so a buyer sees the same farm everywhere they look.

Who it is for

This is written for these shrimp farms.

  • Vannamei farms on the east and west coast
  • Tiger shrimp (monodon) farms, including low-density units
  • Inland saline-water shrimp farms
  • Small farms of a few acres with leased ponds
  • Large farms with several ponds and a staggered stocking plan
  • Farmer groups and societies that sell through a common agent
  • Farms that also run their own hatchery link or nursery
  • Farms that supply local hotels, markets and retail shops

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You have no buyer list yet, so any promotion would draw attention before there is a way to follow it up.
  • You sell the whole crop to one plant under contract and gain nothing from being found by others.
  • There is no one at the farm to answer a message that arrives, and an unanswered enquiry costs more than none.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is this too much for one farm?
The plan is cut to the farm's size. A farm of a few acres might use a page, a profile and WhatsApp, and nothing else. We say so rather than add pieces.
Do I need to run ads?
Not at the start. Paid reach costs money and a farm has few buyers in its reach. We look at it only when the base is in place and a real gap remains.
Who runs it after set-up?
You or someone on the farm, with our help where you ask. We hand over the formats and explain each so the work does not depend on us.
Does a shrimp farm need to be on every platform?
No. Pick the few places where your buyers actually look, such as a map listing, a farm page and a messaging channel. The reason is that a small buyer list is reached by a few steady routes, and every extra profile needs someone to keep it true.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
