Audit firms · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp to answer enquiries and to keep in touch with clients and referrers.

WhatsApp marketing for an audit firm means using the business account to answer enquiries, send checklists and keep consenting referrers informed, not to broadcast offers. GullySales sets up the account, the replies and the lists, and your partners approve the wording against your council's rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For audit firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The small-business owner messages before calling”

A proprietor needing a tax audit sends a message first, asking what is required. A prompt reply with a checklist and a name gets a booked meeting. A missed message gets a competitor.

  • “Personal numbers mix client and private conversation”

When partners use personal phones, enquiries and client messages sit in private chats, and nobody else can see them. A business account with a shared inbox keeps a trail the firm can follow.

  • “A broadcast to people who did not ask is unwelcome”

Sending firm news to a purchased list breaches the platform's rules and your council's guidance on solicitation. Write only to those who agreed to hear from you, and check the platform's current rules.

  • “Referrers like a short, clean update”

A banker or company secretary who sent you a client appreciates a brief note that the matter is in hand. It costs little and keeps the referrer's trust. A note with no sales line reads best.

What we do

What we deliver for audit firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business account set-up

A WhatsApp Business profile with the firm's name, address, description and a greeting that states the audit types you take.

Result: An enquirer sees a clear business profile.

  2. Saved replies for common questions

Ready answers on documents needed, how to book a meeting and what the firm does not take, written in plain language.

Result: The front desk answers the common questions in one tap.

  3. Consent-based referrer list

A list of bankers, secretaries and fellow CAs who agreed to receive notes, with a record of when and how they agreed.

Result: Every contact on the list has said yes.

  4. Seasonal message drafts

Short notes before the tax audit due date and the first-audit season, with a checklist and a person to call.

Result: Seasonal notes go out in the firm's voice.

  5. Chat-to-record routine

A habit and a form for moving each enquiry from chat into the proposal register the same day.

Result: No enquiry lives only in a chat.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we send bulk messages to prospects?
Only to people who agreed to receive them, and subject to the platform's current rules and your council's guidance. We do not build lists from scraped numbers. We help you collect consent and keep a record of it.
Should partners use their own phones?
A shared business account is safer for the firm, because enquiries are not lost when a person is away. Partners can still answer from it. Keep client financial documents in the firm's own secure system and not in chat.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
