Business growth consultants · Digital marketing

Join your website, search, social posts and follow-up into one route to a first meeting.

Digital marketing for a growth consultant means the website, search, posts and messages working together to bring a stuck owner to a first meeting. GullySales plans the pieces as one route and records where each owner enters.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For business growth consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Separate pieces do not form a route”

A website, a LinkedIn profile and a WhatsApp number each exist, but no one tells an owner which to use. The owner who finds a post needs a page, and the owner who reads a page needs a way to talk.

  • “Every channel is judged by the first meeting”

A post with a pile of likes means nothing if no owner asks for a call. We follow each route to the point of a meeting and keep time and money for those that reach it.

  • “Referral and digital feed each other”

An owner who hears your name from a friend will search for you. What that owner finds decides whether the friend's word is confirmed, so the digital side carries your referral work too.

What we do

What we deliver for business growth consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A route map

A one-page picture of how owners move from a search, post, talk or referral to a first meeting.

Result: Each entry point leads to a defined next step.

  2. A channel priority list

A ranking of search, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and talks based on your past engagements.

Result: You spend effort where your best owners came from.

  3. A shared message

One description of who you help and with what, used on every channel.

Result: An owner meets the same practice wherever they find you.

  4. A source tracking sheet

Every enquiry logged with its entry point and its result.

Result: You can compare routes by the engagements they produced.

  5. A review of results

A look at the sheet at agreed points, with a note on what to keep, change or stop.

Result: Decisions rest on your own enquiry record.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small practice begin?
With the website's situation pages and a tidy profile, then one channel that suits your best owners. Adding more before those work spreads effort thin.
Do I need to spend on ads?
Not necessarily. Ads suit a specific situation page and an owner already searching. We decide after reading where your recent engagements came from.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
