Contract drafting services · Lead generation

Reach the founder while the contract is still unsigned.

Lead generation for a contract drafter means putting your name in front of people who hold an unsigned agreement or are about to write one. GullySales builds the contract-type pages, the adviser introductions and the intake sheet that turn a worried message into a scoped job.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For contract drafting services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The best enquiry arrives with a draft attached”

A founder who has just received the other side's paper is ready to pay for a review. The enquiry fades once the deadline passes and the contract is signed as sent. Pages written for that moment, and an intake that accepts the draft at once, catch the person at the point of need.

  • “Introductions beat cold outreach in this trade”

Buyers of legal drafting trust a name they already know. A chartered accountant or company secretary who meets the founder at incorporation can name you in one sentence. Without a note the adviser can forward, that goodwill goes nowhere.

  • “A broad pitch attracts the wrong job”

Saying you draft all contracts brings in requests for litigation notices, court filings and advice you do not offer. Naming the agreements you draft, such as customer, vendor, employment and distributor contracts, sends the right buyer to the form and spares you the wrong calls.

  • “Large buyers hire from lists”

A procurement team picks from vendors already registered. If you are absent from the list, you are absent from the shortlist, however good the drafting is.

What we do

What we deliver for contract drafting services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Contract-type landing pages

One page for each agreement you draft, written around the document the buyer has in hand and the first thing you would ask for.

Result: Each page names one agreement and ends with the intake sheet.

  2. An intake that accepts a draft

A short form asking for parties, deal value, signing date and an upload of the other side's paper.

Result: The form asks for a signing date, so urgent jobs can be picked out.

  3. An adviser introduction note

A single page for chartered accountants, company secretaries and startup advisers saying which documents you draft and how to hand a founder over.

Result: The note fits on one page and carries one way to reach you.

  4. A capability note for vendor lists

A short document with services, sectors and how scoping works, laid out in the order registration forms ask.

Result: The headings match the fields a vendor form asks for.

  5. A source column in the enquiry record

Every enquiry is logged with where it came from: search, adviser, community or past client.

Result: You can see which source brought jobs that were signed.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we advertise that we handle every kind of contract?
No. List the agreements you actually draft and say what you leave to a litigator. A narrow list brings fewer but better-fitting enquiries and saves time on calls you cannot take.
Can GullySales promise a number of enquiries?
No. Enquiries depend on your price, your sector and your reputation. GullySales prepares the pages, adviser notes and intake, and shows you which source each enquiry came from.
Are there limits on how a legal drafter may advertise?
Advertising rules differ by profession and state. An enrolled advocate is bound by the Bar Council's rules, a non-advocate drafter by other norms. Check with your own council or adviser before anything goes live.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
