Contract drafting services · Digital marketing

Join up search, LinkedIn and introductions so one enquiry path remains.

Digital marketing for a contract drafter is the combination of your website, search, LinkedIn and messages working as one route from a worried reader to a scoped job. GullySales decides which channels earn a place and connects each to the same intake.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For contract drafting services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Few channels, each with a job”

A drafter does not need every channel. Search catches the person looking for an agreement, LinkedIn builds familiarity and introductions carry trust. Each should have one job and one place to send the reader.

  • “Paid ads need a narrow aim”

Advertising for contract services as a whole is expensive and brings mismatched requests. If paid search is used at all, it should target one specific agreement with its own page. Check the platform's current rules and your profession's advertising rules first.

  • “The intake is the common point”

Whatever the source, the visitor should land at the same scoping sheet. That way every enquiry arrives with the signing date, agreement type and a draft.

  • “Measure the signed scope, not the click”

Visits and impressions are far from a signed job. The numbers that matter are enquiries by agreement, scopes sent and jobs signed.

What we do

What we deliver for contract drafting services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A short document saying which channels you will use, what each is for and which you leave alone.

Result: Each channel has one stated purpose.

  2. One enquiry route

A single intake sheet used by the website, LinkedIn and messages, with a source field on each.

Result: Every enquiry records where it came from.

  3. A tracking sheet

A table of enquiries by agreement type, scopes sent, jobs signed and source.

Result: The table is filled from your own record.

  4. Landing pages for any paid test

If you try a paid campaign, a page matched to the one agreement being advertised.

Result: Each campaign points to its own page.

  5. A review of what to drop

A review of which activities brought signed jobs and which only brought readers.

Result: The review lists at least one activity to stop or keep.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is paid advertising worth trying?
Test it only on one specific agreement, with its own page and a small budget you choose. Judge it by signed scopes and keep to the platform's current rules and your profession's advertising rules.
Where should a new drafter begin?
With the contract pages and the intake sheet. Without them, other channels have nowhere to send people.
Can GullySales promise jobs from this?
No. Jobs depend on your price, your sector and your reputation. GullySales builds the route and shows you what each channel brought.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
