Contract drafting services · Social media

Show how you read a contract, one clause at a time.

Social media marketing for a contract drafter means using LinkedIn and a few other channels to show how you think about an agreement, so a founder or procurement head remembers you when one arrives. GullySales plans the posts, drafts them for your review and ties each to a page on your site.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For contract drafting services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “LinkedIn is where the buyer is”

Founders, procurement heads and in-house counsel spend their working attention on LinkedIn. A drafter who posts a clear reading of one clause becomes familiar to that audience. Posting on every network dilutes the effort without adding buyers.

  • “Confidentiality limits what you can post”

You cannot describe a client's deal. Posts built on invented, labelled examples or on a clause everyone meets, such as payment terms, give you material that exposes no one. Anything drawn from a real matter needs the client's consent.

  • “A post that teaches is better than a post that announces”

An announcement that you offer contract services gives the reader nothing to keep. A post that explains why a lock-in period was drafted one-sided gives them something to remember and a reason to follow.

  • “The profession has its own advertising rules”

What a legal professional may say in public differs by profession and state. Posts that sound like solicitation can cause trouble for an advocate, so the tone stays informative.

What we do

What we deliver for contract drafting services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A clause-of-the-week style content plan

A set of post ideas built on common clauses in customer, vendor and employment agreements, each marked as general information.

Result: Every idea names one clause and one linked page.

  2. Drafted posts for your review

Text prepared in your voice, which you edit and approve before anything is published.

Result: Nothing is published without your approval.

  3. A profile rewrite

Your LinkedIn headline and summary rewritten to name the agreements you draft and who you draft them for.

Result: The profile states the agreements in its first lines.

  4. A link to a page from every post

Each post points to the contract page or explainer it relates to, so a reader can move to the scoping sheet.

Result: Each post carries one link.

  5. A comment and message routine

A short guide on answering comments and moving a serious question to a private message and then to the intake sheet.

Result: Replies move interested people to the intake form.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a presence on every platform?
No. For this trade LinkedIn carries most of the value. Add another channel only if your own buyers are there.
Can we post about a contract we recently drafted?
Not without the client's clear consent, and even then leave out the parties and figures. An invented, labelled example is the safer way to show the same point.
Will posting bring clients?
GullySales cannot promise that. Posts keep your name familiar to the people who later need a drafter, and the link on each post gives them somewhere to go. Check advertising rules for your profession first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
