Contract drafting services · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a founder finds when the clause worries them.

SEO for a contract drafter is the work of appearing when someone searches for the agreement in front of them, such as a distributor agreement format or what a lock-in clause means. GullySales writes the contract-type pages and explainers that match those searches and builds the site structure that holds them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For contract drafting services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Searchers type the clause, not the service”

A founder reading a customer agreement does not search for contract drafting services. They search for the word that confused them, such as indemnity, limitation of liability or termination for convenience. A page that explains the clause plainly meets them there and then offers the review.

  • “Template pages crowd the results”

Search results for common agreements are full of downloadable formats. A bare template page cannot win on that ground. A page that shows what a template misses, and what a drafter asks before writing, offers something a download does not.

  • “Every contract type needs its own page”

One page titled contract drafting cannot rank for a franchise agreement, an NDA and an offer letter at once. Each agreement has its own searcher with its own question, so each deserves its own page and its own title.

  • “A confidential trade cannot show client work”

Because samples are client property, trust has to come from explanation. Clear, accurate pages written by a named drafter do the work that case studies do elsewhere.

What we do

What we deliver for contract drafting services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Contract-type page set

A page for each agreement you draft, with a title a searcher would type and a plain account of what the contract must cover.

Result: Each agreement has one page with a distinct title.

  2. Clause explainer pages

Short pages on the clauses that confuse founders, each marked as general information and linking to the matching contract page.

Result: Every explainer links to one contract page.

  3. Illustrative clause pairs

Made-up before-and-after clauses, marked as examples with no real party named, showing how you rewrite a risky term.

Result: Each pair is labelled as illustrative.

  4. Site structure and titles

Titles, headings and internal links arranged so that clause pages lead to contract pages and contract pages lead to the scoping sheet.

Result: Every page is reachable in a few clicks from the home page.

  5. A search record

A list of the searches that brought visitors and which of them ended in an enquiry.

Result: You can see which pages bring enquiries and which bring only readers.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we rank for 'contract lawyer near me'?
That search favours firms with a visible office and reviews, which a remote drafting service may not have. It is better to aim at the agreement-specific searches where you can offer a clearer answer than a template does.
Will explainer pages count as legal advice?
Write them as general information and say so on the page, and leave the question of whether a clause suits a particular deal to the buyer's own counsel. Check your profession's advertising rules before publishing.
How long before the pages rank?
GullySales cannot promise a ranking or a date for one. Search engines decide that. What we control is whether each page answers the question accurately and is built so it can be found.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
