Contract drafting services · Website

Make the site answer the question the buyer brought with the contract.

A website for a contract drafter has to show the agreements you draft, how you explain them and how a job is scoped. GullySales plans the structure, writes the pages and builds an intake that accepts a draft.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For contract drafting services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor arrives with a specific contract”

They are reading an agreement and want to know whether you handle it. A home page that talks about legal services in general makes them hunt. A visible list of the agreements you draft lets them find theirs in one glance.

  • “Trust has to be built without client samples”

Because client work is confidential, the site proves itself through clear writing, a named drafter, the sectors you serve and a visible method for scoping. Illustrative examples marked as such show your reasoning.

  • “The scope should be visible before the call”

Buyers compare against templates and cheaper freelancers. Showing how a scope is written, what counts as review and what counts as rewrite, lets them compare like with like.

  • “Rules apply to what the page says”

Advertising rules differ by profession and state. The site stays informative, makes no outcome claims and carries no client testimonials unless your own council permits them.

What we do

What we deliver for contract drafting services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure by agreement

A home page, a page for each agreement you draft, explainer pages and a contact route, arranged so a visitor finds their contract quickly.

Result: Each agreement is one click from the home page.

  2. An intake sheet that takes a draft

A form for parties, deal value, signing date and an upload of the paper to be reviewed.

Result: The form has a secure upload and a signing-date field.

  3. An about page for the drafter

A page naming who drafts, their qualifications as you state them, the sectors served and how work is scoped.

Result: The page names a person and a method.

  4. A scope example

A sample scope document, with invented parties, showing what is covered and what counts as an extra.

Result: The sample marks review and rewrite separately.

  5. Basic page quality checks

Titles, headings, mobile layout and page loading checked so a founder on a phone can read and submit.

Result: Each page is checked on a phone before release.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a blog?
A set of explainer pages helps, because they answer the searches buyers make. A blog with no plan does not.
Can the site show client logos or testimonials?
Only if your profession's rules and your client's consent allow, and for some drafters they do not. Check with your own council or adviser. Clear method pages are a safer proof.
How long does a new site take?
That depends on the number of pages and on how soon you review them. GullySales does not promise a date. We agree the page list first and build in the order you approve.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
