Criminal defence lawyers · Lead generation

Be the number a family can actually reach when an arrest has just happened.

Lead generation for a criminal defence practice means making sure a family in crisis, or a business owner facing a complaint, finds the chamber and gets a human answer. GullySales works on the pages, the phone arrangement and the enquiry log, always inside the limits your bar council sets.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For criminal defence lawyers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The enquiry that matters arrives at an awkward hour”

A relative learns of an arrest late in the evening and rings whichever advocate answers first. A lead that reaches voicemail is gone before the chamber opens. Generating more enquiries achieves nothing until the late-hour call has a person or a clear message behind it.

  • “Two different buyers need two different doors”

The family at the police station wants a name, a court and a first step. The finance head facing a cheque complaint wants proof that the chamber understands notices and documents. One generic contact page serves neither, so each type of matter needs its own entry page.

  • “Matters you do not take still arrive”

A page about arrests also draws consumer disputes and civil recoveries. Without a plain line on what the chamber handles, juniors spend the day politely declining work. Clear scope on each page filters the enquiry before the phone rings.

  • “Advertising limits shape what a lead page may say”

Advocates cannot solicit, and the rules differ by state bar council. A lead page therefore informs and gives contact details; it never invites or boasts. Check with your own bar council before a page goes live.

What we do

What we deliver for criminal defence lawyers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Scope-clear entry pages by type of matter

Separate pages for bail, a police notice, a bounced cheque complaint and a cyber complaint, each stating what the chamber handles and whom to call.

Result: A reader knows within a few lines whether the chamber takes their matter.

  2. An after-hours call path

Call forwarding or a rota between juniors, plus a WhatsApp acknowledgement that names the person holding the call.

Result: Every call outside court hours ends with a person or a written reply.

  3. An enquiry log kept private to the chamber

One sheet recording source, type of matter, court and outcome of the call, with no case detail beyond what intake needs.

Result: You can see which source sends matters you take and which sends matters you decline.

  4. A short enquiry form for a worried reader

A form asking only for a name, a phone number and the court or police station, nothing that reads like a confession.

Result: A frightened relative can submit it with one hand on a phone.

  5. A referral route from other advocates

A one-page note for property, family and corporate lawyers on the matters you take and how to reach you.

Result: A referring advocate has a sheet to forward and a name to ask for.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can you promise us a steady flow of cases?
No. Enquiries depend on your city, your practice areas and the rules you work under. GullySales builds the pages, the call path and the log so that each enquiry is answered and measured, and promises no volume.
Is it safe to run paid advertising for a criminal practice?
Advertising rules for advocates differ by state and change over time. Ask your own bar council what is allowed before spending anything, and prefer informative pages over promotion. We build to the limit you confirm.
How do we know which source brings the right matters?
Record the source on every call and the type of matter. After a stretch of entries the log shows which pages and referrers bring matters you take. That log is the evidence, not our opinion.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
