Digital transformation consultants · Content marketing

Write the guides an owner reads before deciding whether to change how the firm runs.

Content marketing for a digital transformation consultant means publishing guides, checklists and process stories that answer the doubts a buyer has before any meeting. GullySales plans the content around your trades and writes it with you from what you have seen on projects.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For digital transformation consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer is reading to decide whether to trust the idea”

Before choosing you, the owner must believe that change is possible without disaster. A guide that walks through a stock process before and after answers that belief better than a service list.

  • “Failed projects are the real competitor”

The owner remembers software that nobody opened. Content that explains why those projects fail, and how training and ownership are planned, speaks to the memory directly.

  • “A checklist travels further than an essay”

A CA can forward a checklist titled 'Is your business ready to leave Tally-only records' to a client in one message. An essay stays in a browser tab.

  • “Each trade needs its own examples”

A guide for a distributor that mentions school fees reads as generic. Examples drawn from the trade's own paperwork, such as challans, delivery slips and approval chats, read as experience.

What we do

What we deliver for digital transformation consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A content plan by trade and stage

Pieces mapped to what a buyer asks when first worried, when comparing and when ready to start.

Result: Every piece has a reader and a purpose.

  2. Readiness checklists

Short downloadable checklists for each trade, asking what is recorded where and who owns it.

Result: A referrer has something to forward.

  3. Anonymised process stories

Written accounts of a change from your projects, with identifying detail removed and the client's consent.

Result: Buyers see how you work without seeing a client.

  4. A failed-project explainer

A plain article on why systems go unused and what you do about it from the start.

Result: The owner's main fear gets a direct answer.

  5. A reuse plan

Each long piece cut into LinkedIn posts, a proposal insert and a message for past clients.

Result: One piece of writing feeds several channels.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should write the content?
You supply the experience, GullySales supplies structure and drafting. The words are checked by you before anything goes out, because a buyer will test the content against what you say in the room.
Can we use client names in stories?
Only with written agreement from the client. Without it, strip names, tools and numbers, and if the story still points to one company, leave it out.
How do we know which content works?
Look at which pieces are attached to proposals, forwarded by referrers or mentioned by buyers in first calls. GullySales keeps that note against each piece so the next batch follows what worked.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
