Digital transformation consultants · Digital marketing

Run one joined-up plan for search, content, referrers and paid reach.

Digital marketing for a digital transformation consultant joins search, content, social, email and paid reach into one plan aimed at a small set of trades. GullySales chooses the channels for your situation, sets what each should do, and reviews them against real enquiries.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For digital transformation consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Every channel claims the same promise”

Agencies sell search, ads and social with equal confidence. A consultant with few clients needs the channels that reach owners with a named pain, and should drop the ones that bring only curious visitors.

  • “Paid ads suit a narrow problem page”

An ad that sends an owner to a general services page wastes the click. An ad about stock that does not match the ledger, landing on a page about exactly that, gives the visit a reason to continue.

  • “Your own marketing is a sample of your work”

A prospect who finds your site slow, your enquiry form broken or your messages unanswered draws conclusions about the quality of your projects. Tidiness in your own channels supports your pitch.

  • “Results arrive through people as well as screens”

A CA's mention, a talk to an association and a LinkedIn post all feed the same pipeline. A plan that records the true source of each enquiry shows what the screens did and what people did.

What we do

What we deliver for digital transformation consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for your trades

Which channels carry which message to which trade, with the reason for each choice.

Result: You know why every channel is in the plan.

  2. A problem-led landing page set

Pages for each ad or campaign topic, with a matched form.

Result: Paid and organic visits land on a page that fits.

  3. Tracking set up before spend

Forms, calls and chat clicks recorded so each enquiry shows its origin.

Result: You can read results from your own records.

  4. An email list routine

A consented list of owners, referrers and past clients, with a regular useful message.

Result: Your audience hears from you without a cold start each time.

  5. A joint review

A sit-down of enquiries, pilots and spend, ending in a list of changes.

Result: Each review ends with a decision on what to continue or stop.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need paid ads?
Not necessarily. Paid reach suits a clear problem with a ready page and the budget to test it. GullySales will suggest it where the page and tracking are ready and say if it is better left for later.
How much should we spend?
Set it against the value of a pilot to your firm and what you can afford to test, not against an industry figure. GullySales will not quote a number for you and will help you decide a test size.
How do we judge the whole plan?
By pilots signed and the trades they came from, not by visits or followers. The tracking set up at the start is built to answer this one question.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
