Digital transformation consultants · WhatsApp marketing

Meet the owner on the channel that already runs the business.

WhatsApp marketing for a digital transformation consultant means using the app where Indian owners already take orders and talk to advisers, with consent and care. GullySales sets up a business number, saved replies and a respectful routine for enquiries, referrers and past clients.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For digital transformation consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner already lives there”

A distributor takes orders, sends payment reminders and chats with the CA on WhatsApp. A consultant who replies there, with a clear and short message, meets the buyer in familiar space.

  • “It is also the problem you solve”

Approvals and orders lost in chat threads are a common reason for a transformation project. Your own use of the app should show order: named contacts, saved replies and a record of each conversation.

  • “Bulk messages to strangers damage trust”

An unrequested broadcast to a list of owners reads as spam and risks the number. Messages go to people who asked or know you, and the platform's current rules on business messaging are checked first.

  • “Referrers share a link, not a brochure”

A CA who wants to introduce you sends a message. A short profile message with a clear line about what you do, ready to forward, travels better than a long document.

What we do

What we deliver for digital transformation consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business setup

Profile, greeting, away message and labels set up for enquiries, proposals and referrers.

Result: A new contact sees a clear business identity.

  2. Saved replies for common questions

Short answers to the questions owners ask first, such as what you do, how you charge and what the first step is.

Result: Replies are consistent and quick for your team to send.

  3. A forwardable introduction message

A short message about your work that a referrer can send on as it is.

Result: Introductions arrive with the right words attached.

  4. A consent and opt-out routine

How you ask permission to message, record it and stop when asked.

Result: Your list is made of people who agreed.

  5. Linking chats to the CRM

A rule for logging a chat conversation as a deal note on the same day.

Result: Nothing important remains only in a chat.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send updates to all contacts at once?
Send only to people who agreed to hear from you, and check the platform's current rules on business messaging first. A small, consented list that reads your updates is worth more than a large one that blocks you.
Should a team share one number?
A shared business number with labelled conversations works for a small team, provided each person logs what was said. Personal numbers carry client history out of the firm when someone leaves.
What do we do with confidential files sent on chat?
Ask the owner to share sensitive records through a channel agreed for that purpose, and keep chat for coordination. State your handling rules in the proposal so expectations are clear from the start.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
