Digital transformation consultants · CRM

Keep every owner, referrer and pilot in one record that your team can read.

A CRM for a digital transformation consultant holds the enquiries, referrers, proposals and past clients you would otherwise carry in memory and chats. GullySales sets up the stages and fields around how you actually sell and helps your team use them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For digital transformation consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Your own firm may run on the habits you advise against”

A consultant who sells systems from a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group loses credibility with the first prospect who asks. A clean record of your own pipeline is a proof point.

  • “The sale is long and has many people”

One company may involve a promoter, a champion, a CA and a department head across several meetings. A record that stores each person and what they said stops the next call from starting from zero.

  • “Referrers deserve their own record”

The CA who sent three enquiries is worth more than a cold lead. Logging who introduced whom lets you thank, update and return to the right people.

  • “Past clients hold the next phase”

A client whose finance team went live but whose warehouse is still on paper is a warm enquiry. Without a record of what was left undone, the chance passes unnoticed.

What we do

What we deliver for digital transformation consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Pipeline stages for consulting

Stages such as enquiry, process study offered, proposal, pilot and roll-out discussion, with the exit rule for each.

Result: Every deal sits in a stage a colleague can read.

  2. Fields for trade, trigger and referrer

The few details that explain each deal, set up so they are quick to enter.

Result: You can sort the pipeline by trade or by source.

  3. A referrer and past-client view

A list of who introduced whom and which departments remain undone for each client.

Result: Next-phase conversations come from a list, not memory.

  4. Tool selection help

Comparison of simple CRM options available in India against your size and habits, with a recommendation.

Result: You choose a tool for your actual process.

  5. Team training and a usage rule

A short session and a written rule for what is logged after every call.

Result: The record stays current because the habit is agreed.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Professional firms such as CA offices and law practices moving to document systems

How it works

How the CRM work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We record how a deal actually moves from enquiry to close in your business today.

  2. 2

    Configure stages and fields

The CRM's pipeline and fields are built to match that process exactly, not a generic template.

  3. 3

    Set up automations

Reminders, assignment rules and follow-up triggers are configured so routine steps happen without manual effort.

  4. 4

    Test with real deals

We run the configuration against actual current deals to catch gaps before the whole team relies on it.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales management. A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3 · you are here

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which CRM should a consulting firm use?
One your team will open daily. GullySales compares a few widely used options for your size and process, and recommends after hearing how you sell. Check each vendor's current features and terms.
Is a spreadsheet enough to start?
For a handful of deals it can serve, but a sheet loses history and cannot remind anyone. Move once you have deals running at different stages or more than one person selling.
Do we need to move old data in?
Bring in live deals, active referrers and past clients with open phases. Leave out dead leads that nobody can describe. A clean smaller record is more use than a crowded one.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
