Document scanning and digitisation services · Digital marketing

Tie search, the listing, tender routine and replies into one plan.

Digital marketing for a scanning firm is the set of places a buyer meets the firm before a site visit: search, the map listing, professional networks, directories and messages. GullySales plans them as a single routine that supports tenders and private projects.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For document scanning and digitisation services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer checks several places”

A records officer may find the firm in a directory, read the website, look at the map listing and then call. If the details differ, the buyer wonders which is correct. Consistent facts across channels build confidence.

  • “Marketplaces bring volume and price pressure”

Directories and marketplaces bring enquiries from buyers comparing rates. They are worth watching, but the firm should reply with its scope and process, not only a price. Track which marketplace enquiries become orders. Note the source on every enquiry so you can judge each marketplace on orders.

  • “Tenders are marketing too”

Winning a tender depends on the pack, the references and the timing. Treating tender response as part of marketing, with its own register and owner, gives it the attention it deserves. Review each bid after the result, so the next pack is stronger.

  • “Measure orders, not clicks”

A visit to the website that never becomes a quotation adds nothing. Better measures are enquiries by source, quotations sent, orders won and repeat clients. These show what deserves more effort. Record the figures each time you review your marketing effort.

What we do

What we deliver for document scanning and digitisation services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for the firm

A short plan naming the channels that matter for your buyers, who looks after each and what each is for.

Result: You know where your effort goes.

  2. A single fact sheet

One page of facts on services, machines, handling and process, used by every channel.

Result: Every channel says the same thing.

  3. A marketplace reply standard

A set of replies for directory enquiries that explain scope and ask for the details of the documents.

Result: Marketplace enquiries get a useful first reply.

  4. A tender and project register

A record following each enquiry or tender from source to outcome.

Result: You can judge each channel on orders.

  5. A light routine

A small set of tasks that keeps the channels current without taking over the working day.

Result: The marketing survives a busy project.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where should a small firm start?
With an accurate map listing, pages for the record types you handle best and a tidy quotation follow-up. Those cost little and meet buyers where they search. Paid advertising comes later, if the basics work.
Do you run advertisements for us?
We can plan and manage them with you. We promise no number of leads or orders, and platform rules change, so we check the current rules before anything goes live.
Do we need all the channels?
No. Choose the few where your buyers look and do them properly. A listing, record type pages and a quotation follow-up routine are enough to start, and the register shows whether more is worth adding.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
