GST consultants · Digital marketing

Join search, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and referrals into one plan for the work you want.

Digital marketing for a GST consultant is the plan that connects your website, search, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and referral routes into one path from the first search to a signed engagement. GullySales builds that path and records where each enquiry came from.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For GST consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels work alone and lose enquiries”

A practice with a website, a LinkedIn page and a phone number, none of them linked, loses the visitor who moves between them. Each should lead to the same enquiry form and the same first reply.

  • “The mix should follow the work you want”

A practice seeking refund clients leans on problem pages and exporter associations. One seeking registration work leans on local listings. Starting from the target client avoids a plan that spreads thin.

  • “Paid ads need a landing page that matches”

Money spent on a click that lands on a generic homepage is wasted. If you run ads, check the platform's current rules and send the visitor to the page that answers the problem searched.

  • “Without records you cannot compare channels”

A partner who feels LinkedIn works has no proof. A source tag on every enquiry and an outcome beside it turns opinion into a decision.

What we do

What we deliver for GST consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A one-page plan

A written plan naming the clients you want, the channels for each and who does what.

Result: You hold a plan you can read in minutes and challenge.

  2. Enquiry path mapping

A diagram of how a visitor moves from search or post to a form, a call or a chat, with gaps marked.

Result: The path shows each step and where people drop out.

  3. Source and outcome tracking

A sheet or CRM field recording where each enquiry came from and whether it became work.

Result: You can compare channels on engagements, not clicks.

  4. Channel set-up

The profile, page, number and form each channel needs, set up consistently.

Result: Every channel carries the same details and message.

  5. A review routine

A set time to read the records and decide what to continue, change or stop.

Result: Decisions are written down with the evidence beside them.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need all the channels?
No. Pick the ones that reach your target client and that you can keep up. A few well-kept channels beat many neglected ones.
Should we run paid ads?
Only if there is a page worth sending visitors to and a way to answer quickly. We will not promise results, and we suggest starting with what earns without spend.
How do we measure success?
By enquiries, engagements and retainers recorded against what you noted at the start. We compare with that baseline and decide the next step with you.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
