Quality management consultants · Lead generation

Reach the supplier while the customer's rejection note is still on the desk.

Lead generation for a quality management consultant means being found by an owner who has just received a rejection, an audit finding or a tender clause, before that owner asks a neighbour for a name. GullySales works on the triggers you know, the pages that answer them and the record of where each enquiry came from.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For quality management consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The enquiry begins with a document, not a person”

The owner types the name of a report format or an audit term, not the word consultant. A lead plan that starts from the consultant's service list misses the search that actually happens on the day a customer plant sends a complaint.

  • “Each trigger sends a different buyer”

A rejection note brings the plant head in a hurry. A new tender clause brings the owner with time to compare. A supplier audit brings the quality manager, if there is one. One enquiry form for all three loses the detail you need to quote.

  • “Leads from students and template-hunters look identical”

A download of a corrective action format counts as a lead in a standard report, yet the person may be a trainee in a college. Without a question that separates the plant owner from the learner, the lead list fills with people who will never hire you.

  • “The best referral is a customer's own supplier team”

A supplier development engineer at a large plant sees weak suppliers all the time and is asked for a name. That person recommends only a consultant who is known, clear about scope and easy to introduce, which is a matter of preparation rather than of persuasion.

What we do

What we deliver for quality management consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A trigger map for your engagements

A written list of the rejections, audits, tender clauses and customer manuals behind your past projects, grouped by the product and defect involved.

Result: You can say which trigger each past project came from.

  2. One enquiry form with the trigger asked

A short form that asks what happened, which customer demand applies and what product the plant makes, so every lead arrives with context.

Result: Each enquiry tells you what to prepare before the call.

  3. Pages for the moment of need

Pages written for the person holding a rejection note or an audit finding, each ending in a plain next step.

Result: The person with the problem lands on a page about that problem.

  4. A separator for learners and buyers

A question or a field that tells a plant owner from a student, so the list you review is the list you can sell to.

Result: Your lead count and your real prospects stop being the same number mixed up.

  5. An introduction note for supplier quality teams

A short, factual note about what you work on and what you do not, which a supplier development engineer can pass on or ignore.

Result: You have something clear to hand over at an association meeting.

  6. A source record for every enquiry

A log of where each enquiry came from, which trigger it carried and what became of it.

Result: You can see which source produced projects and which produced only downloads.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should I chase every plant in the industrial area?
No. A list of every unit wastes your time. Choose the products and defects you have solved, and build the list from those, since an owner believes a consultant who knows the part.
Is a download form a good way to collect leads?
It is for this trade, provided the form asks who is downloading and why. A format brings the person with a rejection note and also the trainee, so the form must tell them apart.
Can GullySales promise a number of enquiries?
No. Enquiries depend on your fit, your pages and the season of customer audits. We set a starting record, work on the sources and read the results against it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
