Quality management consultants · WhatsApp marketing

Answer the plant owner's rejection photo on WhatsApp the way a colleague would.

WhatsApp marketing for a quality management consultant is using the channel where plant owners and quality managers already send defect photos and report drafts, to answer, qualify and follow up enquiries. GullySales works on a business number, short replies and a routine for what is said and what is kept in writing.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For quality management consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner sends a photograph before a description”

A picture of a rejected part arrives with one line. A reply that asks three plain questions, such as the customer, the defect and the date, turns that photograph into an enquiry you can price and prepare for.

  • “Report drafts travel on WhatsApp too”

Quality managers share draft corrective action reports and checksheets in chat. A consultant who reads these and replies with specific notes shows competence before any fee is discussed, which is also where care is needed about what is given free.

  • “Part drawings and customer data are confidential”

A chat group with a plant can end up holding drawings, specifications and complaints. Agree at the start what is shared on WhatsApp and what moves through a proper channel, so neither side exposes a customer's information.

  • “Broadcast lists are not a marketing plan”

Sending the same message to every plant on a list reads as spam and risks the number being restricted. Check the platform's current rules, send only to those who have asked, and keep messages tied to a real need such as a customer audit.

What we do

What we deliver for quality management consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number and profile

A WhatsApp Business account with your name, services and a plain description of the products and defects you work on.

Result: A plant owner sees who you are before the first reply.

  2. Opening replies that qualify

Short answers to a defect photo or an audit query, asking for the customer, the part and the trigger.

Result: Each chat becomes an enquiry with context.

  3. Saved replies for common questions

Ready wording for cost, floor time, what the plant supplies and the difference between a project and a certificate.

Result: You answer the usual questions the same way every time.

  4. A rule for what stays off chat

A short note on drawings, specifications and customer names, with a route for sharing them safely.

Result: Confidential material is not scattered across chats.

  5. Opt-in for updates

A simple way for owners to ask for notes on customer audit demands, with a clear way to stop them.

Result: Only those who want updates receive them.

  6. A link from chat to the enquiry record

Each chat noted in your record with the trigger and next step.

Result: No conversation sits only on your phone.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can I use my personal number?
You can start there, but a business number keeps plant conversations apart from family and friends, and lets a colleague answer. Check the platform's current rules for business use.
Should I send reports as chat attachments?
Send a short summary in chat and the full document through a channel you both trust. Reports can hold customer data, so agree the route with the plant and follow its contract terms.
Can I send updates to all my contacts?
Only to those who agreed to receive them, and only with something useful, such as a change in a customer's supplier demand. Check the platform's current rules, and give a plain way to opt out.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
