Quality management consultants · Search engine optimisation

Be the page an owner finds when searching for the defect, not the standard.

SEO for a quality management consultant is the work of appearing when a plant owner searches for a defect, a report format or an audit demand, which is how this buyer starts. GullySales works on the pages, the search terms and the downloads that lead from a problem to your name.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For quality management consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Owners search for the pain, not the standard”

A search for a standard's name comes from a certificate seeker. A search for rework, customer complaint or a report format comes from the owner who needs a project. Pages built around the standard attract the wrong reader and leave the better one unserved.

  • “A free format earns the visit and shows your method”

The owner who needs a corrective action report format finds one, filled in for a realistic defect, and sees how you think. A blank template does not do this, because it shows no judgement and every other site offers the same.

  • “Defect pages beat service pages”

A page on dimensional rejection in machined parts speaks to a plant that has just faced it. A page headed Quality services speaks to no one. Each defect you have solved is a separate page, with the cause, the checks and the limits of what a consultant can do.

  • “Search brings students unless the page filters them”

Quality terms attract trainees, auditors in training and college projects. A page that states who the work is for, and what the plant must provide on the floor, lets the right reader continue and the wrong one leave without costing you time.

What we do

What we deliver for quality management consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A search term list built from defects

The words owners use for rejections, rework and customer demands in your products, grouped by what the owner needs next.

Result: You can see which problems your site does not yet answer.

  2. Defect pages in your voice

One page per defect or customer demand you have solved, covering cause, checks and what the plant must do itself.

Result: A visitor with that defect finds a page that knows it.

  3. Worked templates, not blank ones

Downloadable formats filled in with a realistic example, each linked to the page that explains the method.

Result: The template visit leads to a page about your work.

  4. Page titles and headings fixed

Titles, headings and descriptions rewritten so each page says what it covers in the words the owner uses.

Result: Search results show what each page covers.

  5. Standards explained apart from projects

A plain page on what a certificate covers and what a quality project covers, so each buyer picks the right one.

Result: Certificate seekers and project buyers stop being mixed together.

  6. A record of search visits and enquiries

Visits from search set against the enquiries they produced, read against the baseline taken at the start.

Result: You can see which pages bring buyers and which bring only readers.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Will the site rank for the standard's name?
That is not the aim. Certificate firms fill those results, and the readers are shopping for a certificate. We work on the defect and demand searches where a project buyer begins.
How do I stop students using my free formats?
You cannot stop them, and need not. Put the format beside a clear statement of who the project work is for, and ask one question before the call. The student leaves, the plant owner stays.
Do I need a blog?
Only pages that answer a real search. Writing general posts on quality produces reading and no enquiries. A defect or audit demand you have worked on is a better subject than the topic of quality in general.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
