Quality management consultants · Website

Build a site that tells a plant owner in one screen whether you know the part.

A website for a quality management consultant is the place where an owner with a customer's complaint decides whether you understand the product, the defect and the way that customer audits. GullySales works on the pages, the proof you can show and the single route to an enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For quality management consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The owner decides on the product, not the standard”

A visitor from an auto component unit looks for castings, fasteners or machined parts. A page listing only standards gives no sign that you know the product. A page naming the defects solved in those parts gives that sign in a line.

  • “Proof must be careful about the client”

Case notes are the best proof and the riskiest. Naming a customer plant without written agreement can breach a contract. The usable form names the product and the defect, describes the method and leaves out the plant.

  • “The site must say what the plant must do”

Owners ask how many hours of floor staff time a project needs. A page that states what the plant supplies, such as records, a person to work with you and access to the line, filters out the owner who wants a certificate on paper.

  • “A training page can crowd out the project page”

Colleges, trainers and learners visit quality sites. If the training page leads, the site looks like a trainer's. Keep project work first, with training as a separate and plainly labelled page, so the buyer with a rejection note is not sent through a list of courses.

What we do

What we deliver for quality management consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page that names products and defects

A first screen that says which products you work on, which defects and which customer demands, in the owner's words.

Result: The right visitor sees a match at once.

  2. Defect and demand pages

One page for each problem you have solved, with cause, checks, the plant's part and your part.

Result: Each page can be found and understood on its own.

  3. Case notes cleared for the site

Notes written with client detail removed or written agreement obtained, covering the product, the defect and the method.

Result: You can show proof without exposing a client.

  4. A page on scope and your role

A plain account of what a project covers, what it does not, how a certificate differs and what the plant provides.

Result: Certificate seekers pick the right firm early.

  5. One enquiry route that asks the trigger

A single form and a WhatsApp link, both asking what happened and which customer demand applies.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with context.

  6. Templates behind a simple form

Worked formats offered for download after a short form, with the buyer and learner told apart.

Result: Downloads become a source of qualified enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do I need a large site?
No. A small site with a page for each defect and demand you have solved, a scope page and an enquiry route is enough. Pages should be added only when you have something real to say.
Should I show client logos?
Only with written agreement from each client. Supplier contracts carry confidentiality terms. Check with your own adviser, and use product and defect descriptions where agreement is not available.
Can the site list my fees?
Fees depend on scope and floor time, so a published price would mislead. State what affects the fee and invite a short conversation. GullySales does not publish prices for you.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
