Supply chain consultants · Digital marketing

Put the website, search, LinkedIn and introducers to work on one buyer.

Digital marketing for a supply chain consultant brings together your website, search, LinkedIn, email and partner introductions around the buyers who sign for studies. GullySales sets up the plan and tracking, and promises no particular enquiry volume.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For supply chain consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each channel serves a different moment”

Search catches the buyer who already knows the problem. LinkedIn builds familiarity with the finance or supply head. Partner introductions carry trust. A plan that treats all three alike wastes the strength of each.

  • “Spend without tracking teaches nothing”

If you cannot tell which channel produced an enquiry, you cannot tell which studies it led to. A simple source field at the first call is worth more than extra budget.

  • “The long sales cycle hides results”

A study may be bought long after the first visit to your site. Counting only immediate enquiries makes good channels look weak. The record must follow a company from first touch to signed fee.

  • “Brand and detail work together”

A buyer needs to recognise your name and to find a page about their own product type. Visibility without the detailed page loses the visit, and a page without visibility is never read.

What we do

What we deliver for supply chain consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A written plan stating which channels carry which buyers, what each should produce and what you will spend your own time on.

Result: A one-page plan agreed before spend begins.

  2. Source tracking at the first call

A required field in your record for how the buyer found you, with agreed options and a note for introducers.

Result: Every enquiry has a source on file.

  3. A website, search and LinkedIn set

Pages, profiles and posts built together so a visitor from one channel finds the same message on the others.

Result: The message is the same wherever the buyer meets you.

  4. A review of paid search

A list of the narrow terms worth buying, the broad ones to avoid and the page each should land on.

Result: Each paid term has a matching page.

  5. A reading of results against your baseline

Enquiries, studies and implementation work compared with the record you held at the start.

Result: A comparison you can check against your own books.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much should we spend?
That depends on what a study is worth to you and how many enquiries you can handle. We do not set a figure in advance; we start small on narrow terms and show you what each source brought.
What if our work comes only by referral?
Then protect that source first. Record who refers, thank them and give them something to forward. Digital pages then support the referral, because the introduced buyer will check you online before the call.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
