Trademark lawyers · WhatsApp marketing

WhatsApp is where a brand owner sends a photograph of the notice before ringing anyone.

WhatsApp for a trademark lawyer is a practice number that receives a photograph of a notice and answers with the next step, kept within the advocates' rules. GullySales works on the setup, the greeting and the handling of confidential papers.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For trademark lawyers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The notice arrives as a photograph”

An owner snaps the paper and sends it to whoever they trust. A lawyer's number that accepts that image, and replies with a person's name, meets the owner where they already are.

  • “A personal phone is a weak firm number”

When enquiries land on a partner's own phone, nobody else can reply and nothing is recorded. A separate practice number with shared access keeps replies steady when one person is in court.

  • “Bulk messaging is the wrong tool”

Messaging strangers in bulk reads as solicitation and breaches the platform's rules. Messages here answer people who wrote first or who agreed to hear from you.

  • “Confidential papers need care”

A photograph of a dispute notice is sensitive. The practice number needs rules on who sees it, how it is saved to the case file and how it is removed from a personal phone.

What we do

What we deliver for trademark lawyers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A practice WhatsApp number setup

A business number with a clear name, description and hours, matching your other profiles.

Result: The number reads like the firm.

  2. A greeting and quick replies

A first reply asking for the notice type and date, plus short answers for questions that recur.

Result: The caller gets a useful first line.

  3. A handling rule for papers received

Steps for moving a received image into the case file and clearing it from phones.

Result: Papers do not stay scattered across devices.

  4. Opt-in wording for follow-up

Plain wording a person agrees to before you message them again, stored against the enquiry.

Result: Each message goes to someone who agreed.

  5. Shared access for the team

Two or more people able to answer from the same number, with a note of who replied.

Result: An enquiry never waits on one person.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send bulk messages to brand owners?
No. Bulk messages to people who did not ask are close to solicitation and may breach the platform's current rules. Advertising rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own bar council or adviser before anything goes live.
Should clients be told to send papers on WhatsApp?
Offer it for first contact, and then move the papers into your case file. Tell the client how the paper will be stored.
Does the practice need the paid business interface?
A free business app suits a small practice. Check the platform's current rules and fees before moving to anything larger.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
