HR consulting and outsourcing firms · Social media

Use LinkedIn for the founder, and let the other feeds go.

Social media for an HR consultancy means one channel where owners and HR heads already spend their working day, and a clear decision to skip the rest. GullySales writes for the principal's own profile, turns real client questions into posts that name nobody, and keeps hiring posts off the sales feed.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For HR consulting and outsourcing firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A vacancy post travels furthest and brings nothing”

The post that gets shared everywhere is the one with a job in it, and every reply is a candidate. Useful for filling a mandate, worth nothing for filling the pipeline.

  • “HR content is read by HR people”

Posts about appraisal theory collect comments from other consultants. The founder you want has never used the words in the post.

  • “The company page is ignored and the principal's profile is not”

Owners connect to people. A post from your senior consultant about a real problem, with no client in it, travels further than anything the firm's page publishes.

  • “One forwardable note beats a month of posting”

A single page an accountant can drop into a WhatsApp group of twenty founders moves more work than a feed does.

What we do

What we deliver for HR consulting and outsourcing firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A posting plan on the principal's profile

A rhythm for the person clients already deal with, written in their voice and approved by them before it goes out.

Result: Posts sound like the consultant a founder would ring.

  2. Posts built from questions clients actually asked

The problems that came up on calls last month, stripped of any company, person or number that could identify a client.

Result: The feed reads like experience instead of theory.

  3. A note written to be forwarded

One page on a single problem, sized for WhatsApp, that an accountant or an existing client can pass to a founder without explanation.

Result: Your best referrers have something to send.

  4. A commenting routine on target companies

A short list of companies at the size you serve, and a habit of replying usefully where their founders post.

Result: You become familiar before you ever make contact.

  5. Hiring posts moved off the sales feed

Mandates and vacancies published where candidates look, so the profile a founder reads is not a noticeboard.

Result: A buyer sees a consultancy rather than a job board.

  6. Profile views and enquiries read together

Connection requests, profile views and enquiries that mentioned a post, reported against the baseline.

Result: You can tell whether the posting is producing work.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where owners and HR heads read about HR, and what to post for each.

The principal's own LinkedIn profile
Post the question a client asked, the answer in plain words and what to check in their own records. Readers forward a clear answer, not a general opinion.
Comments on founders' and HR heads' posts
Reply under a post about hiring or payroll with a specific point from your own work. A useful comment on a target client's post gets seen where a new post would not.
A checklist as a document post
Turn a joining kit or exit clearance list into a short PDF post. HR teams save and share these inside their companies.
Local industry association WhatsApp groups
Join groups of founders and HR heads in your city. Share a note only when someone asks, and follow each group's rules on promotion.
Facebook and Instagram for staffing roles
Staffing firms placing drivers, security staff or factory workers should post openings with location, shift and a WhatsApp number to apply.
What not to post
Never post a candidate's name or CV, a client's staffing problem or a termination case, even disguised. Keep vacancy posts off the feed meant for client enquiries.

Who it is for

This is written for these HR consulting and outsourcing firms.

  • HR outsourcing firms for small businesses
  • Recruitment and staffing consultancies
  • Payroll processing and compliance firms
  • HR compliance and labour law advisory firms
  • Talent management and HR technology consultants
  • Startup-focused HR advisory firms
  • Contract and gig workforce management firms

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we post from the company page or the founder's account?
The founder's account, and the company page for mandates and announcements. Owners follow people, not firms. The company page still needs to look current for anyone who checks it after a referral.
How often should we post?
Once or twice a week, every week, from the same person. Less than that and nobody builds the habit of reading you. More than that, written by somebody who was not in the meeting, and it shows in the first line.
Someone commented asking for free advice on a dismissal. What do we say?
Do not give advice on a specific case in public. Reply that the answer depends on the facts, the contract and state rules, and offer a private call. A short general line on what documents to keep is safe. Treat what the person shares as confidential.
Should we post about every labour law news item?
No. Post when a change alters something a client must do, and say who is affected and what to check. If the rules are still unsettled, say that plainly. Link the official notification, and verify any date or form number before it goes out.
How soon would we see more enquiries?
Fixing reply time and problem-led content helps quickly, since a founder is already searching for that exact gap. Ranking for a search such as payroll outsourcing in your city takes several months.
Do we need to advertise?
Clearer content and a faster reply cost nothing in media and answer the search a founder is already making. Advertising helps for a specific service push, such as payroll compliance ahead of a filing season.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
