Interior design firms · Marketing collateral
Give a client a proper brochure to show a partner who was not in the meeting.
Marketing collateral for an interior design firm means a clear brochure and quote presentation a client can share with a partner or a parent who was not at the consultation. Interior design is rarely decided by one person alone. GullySales designs this to match the mood boards you already create.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What marketing collateral means
Marketing collateral is the brochures, catalogues, price lists and presentation decks a sales team hands to a prospect during a meeting. GullySales designs and keeps these updated so the sales team is never explaining a price or a product that has since changed.

For interior design firms
Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.
“The decision is often made by two people, not one”
A brochure that explains the concept and cost clearly helps the person who attended the meeting convince the person who did not.
“A quote presentation needs to justify the number, not just state it”
A breakdown showing what drives the cost, materials, labour and design fee, reduces the shock a bare total figure can cause.
“Physical material still matters for an in-home decision”
A printed material sheet or sample board left with the client keeps the firm present in the home during the decision period.
What we do
What we deliver for interior design firms.
Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.
Brochure for the person who missed the meeting
A clear document explaining the concept and cost, written so a client can share it with a partner or parent who missed the consultation.
Result: The person who attended the meeting can make the case to the one who did not.
Quote presentation with a cost breakdown
A presentation showing what drives the total, materials, labour and design fee, instead of a single unexplained figure.
Result: A client understands what they are paying for before deciding.
Printed material sheet or sample board
A physical handout or sample board left with the client, keeping the firm present in the home during the decision period.
Result: The client has something tangible to refer back to while deciding.
WhatsApp-ready PDF version of the brochure
The same brochure formatted to read well on a phone screen, for firms working mostly through WhatsApp rather than print.
Result: A client without a printed copy still gets the full, clear presentation.
Collateral kept current with pricing and projects
The brochure and quote template updated whenever pricing or featured project examples change.
Result: A client never receives an outdated price or an old project example.
How the result is measured
- Materials in active use
- Update turnaround time
- Sales team usage
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.
What goes on a quote sheet
A quote sheet a client can show a partner needs these six parts.
- Scope, room by room
- List the work for each room with measured quantities in the units you quote in, such as square feet or running feet. A client reads rooms, not a long list of trades.
- Material specification
- Name the plywood grade, laminate brand and thickness, hardware brand and finish for each item. Without them a client cannot compare your quote with another.
- Design fee and how it is treated
- State the design fee as its own line, and say whether it adjusts when the client signs for execution. A hidden fee is the part of a quote that causes arguments later.
- What the quote leaves out
- List anything not included, such as civil work, electrical points, appliances, curtains and loose furniture. Say who arranges and pays for each of them.
- Payment stages tied to work done
- Link each payment to a stage a client can see, such as design approval, material delivery and handover. A client who knows the stages worries less about the next payment.
- Validity and what changes the price
- Give the date until which the quote holds, and say how a change in scope will be priced. Add a mood-board image for each room so the partner can see what the numbers buy.
Who it is for
This is written for these interior design firms.
- Residential interior design studios
- Turnkey design-and-build firms
- Retail and commercial interior design firms
- Office and workplace interior design firms
- Boutique single-designer practices
- Modular kitchen and furniture-focused design firms
- Design firms working closely with architects and builders
Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- Your prices change with each quote and you have no standard room-wise ranges, so a printed sheet would be out of date at once.
- You work only through WhatsApp with clients who decide alone, so a printed brochure would be left unread.
How it works
How the marketing collateral work runs
The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.
- 1
Agree what it must do
We settle who receives it, how it is handed over, and what the buyer decides from it. A leave-behind and a distributor catalogue are different jobs.
- 2
Collect the current range
You give us the live price list, the product list and the photographs. Gaps and discontinued items are listed and settled before design starts.
- 3
Write and design
Copy is written to the structure, then laid out to your brand guidelines. Every price and code is checked against your list.
- 4
Proof and sign off
A named person on your side checks the proof against the price list and signs it off. A paper proof comes before the print run.
- 5
Produce print and screen versions
The press file goes to your printer. The lighter PDF goes to your sales team.
- 6
Keep the master current
Each change is made once in the master, dated and sent to every branch, and the old file is retired.
Proof
What happened when owners fixed this.
Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

- Six project pages
- Result

Where this fits
Three pieces of sales work, in this order.
This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 4, presentation and proposal. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.
