Translation and interpretation services · Local SEO

Show up when someone nearby searches for a certified translator.

Local SEO for a translation agency means appearing on Google Maps and in local results when someone searches for translation or an interpreter in their city. GullySales sets up and keeps the Business Profile, the city pages and the directory entries, and checks that the address, phone and name match everywhere.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For translation and interpretation services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The office is a home or a shared floor”

Many agencies work from a flat or a co-working desk. A profile that is set up wrongly, or shows an address nobody visits, can be suspended.

  • “The name on Google differs from the name on the stamp”

A client who got a certified copy from you searches that name later. Listings under three names split your reviews and your calls.

  • “Other cities are served from one office”

Clients in other cities ask for local presence. A page that claims an office you do not have loses their trust.

What we do

What we deliver for translation and interpretation services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A Business Profile set up the right way

Visitable address or service-area setting as it applies to your premises, the right categories, hours someone staffs and a number that is answered.

Result: A nearby searcher finds a listing that matches how you work.

  2. Services and document list on the profile

Document types, languages, certification and interpreting added as services, with photographs of the office or counter.

Result: A buyer sees what you handle before they call.

  3. A consistent name, address and phone

One version of each, checked across Google, JustDial, Sulekha, IndiaMART and your website.

Result: Directories agree, and Google trusts the listing.

  4. City and area pages

Pages for the areas you actually serve, with the embassies, consulates, universities, courts and companies nearby that bring your clients.

Result: A search for your area finds a page that knows it.

  5. A review and question routine

A way to ask for reviews the right way and to answer questions asked on the profile.

Result: The profile keeps current and answers a buyer's first doubt.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

What Google weighs when a person searches for a translator nearby.

Relevance: does the profile match the need
Choose categories such as translator and interpreter, then list document types and languages as services. Keep the description to what you really do.
Distance: where the searcher is
Google measures from the searcher to your listed address. A visitable office near a consulate or a court area is found; a flat in a far suburb is found less.
Prominence: how well known you are
Reviews, directory entries and mentions on other sites count. Ask satisfied clients for reviews, and check each platform's current rules.
JustDial, Sulekha and IndiaMART entries
Claim each one and keep the details the same. A client may call from any of them, and each must lead to the same phone and name.
Name, address and phone in one form
Write the format once and copy it everywhere. Small changes such as Ltd and Pvt Ltd or a different floor number cause mismatches.
Service-area or visitable address
If clients do not come to you, set the profile as a service area and hide the address. Check Google's current guidelines before you choose.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local seo work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we list a home address?
If clients never visit, a service-area listing without a public address is the proper way. Check Google's current guidelines, because listing a home as an open office can get the profile suspended.
We share a co-working space. Does that matter?
It can. Google may treat shared premises with caution. Show your own signboard or desk in photographs, staff the hours you list and keep the business name on the door.
We serve other cities by email. Can we show several locations?
Only where you have a staffed office. For other cities, write a service page that says you work remotely and name the cities, rather than a fake address.
A rival has put fake listings with our name. What now?
Report them through Google's process with proof of your own address and registration. Keep screenshots. Do not retaliate, and expect removal to take its own time.
Do you translate documents for us?
No. GullySales is a sales and marketing firm. We bring the enquiries in and help turn them into orders, and your own translators and reviewers do the language work.
Can you promise our pages will rank for visa translation?
No one can. We build pages that answer what clients search and record the requests that come from them. Rankings depend on search engines and competitors, and are never promised.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
