Translation and interpretation services · Website

Build a site where a person can upload a document and understand what happens next.

A website for a translation or interpretation agency shows the documents and languages you handle, what certification means, how to send a file and what happens after. GullySales plans and builds the pages and the upload form, sets up tracking, and keeps the domain and hosting in your name.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For translation and interpretation services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site lists languages but not documents”

A client with a marriage certificate sees a language list and has no idea if the agency handles the paper.

  • “The upload is an email address”

A client with a scan needs a form that takes a file and a deadline. An email link makes them leave.

  • “Nothing explains certification”

A visa applicant does not know whether they need certified, notarised or attested copies, and the site does not say who decides.

What we do

What we deliver for translation and interpretation services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Pages for document types and purposes

Visa, admission, court, company and export purposes, each with documents and what to bring.

Result: A client lands on the page for their need.

  2. A secure upload and quote form

File upload, language pair, purpose and deadline, with a note on how files are kept.

Result: A request arrives with what is needed to quote.

  3. A certification explainer

What certified, notarised and attested copies mean, and a note that each receiving body decides.

Result: A client understands the options before calling.

  4. An interpreter booking page

Languages, settings, cities and what you need to book for a meeting or a visit.

Result: A company can book without a long call.

  5. Tracking and ownership

Analytics, form tracking and a domain and hosting in your company's name.

Result: You see which pages bring requests and you own the site.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a client of a translation agency looks for before sending a document.

The documents you translate
List types such as certificates, bank statements, judgements, contracts and manuals. A client scans for their own document first.
The languages, written as pairs
Write Kannada to English, English to German and so on, as pairs. A flat list of languages hides which direction you work in.
What certification means and who decides
Explain the options in plain words and tell the client to confirm what the receiving office wants. Do not promise acceptance.
How to send a file and what happens next
Show the steps: send the scan, get a quote, confirm, receive the copy. Say how files are stored and when they are deleted.
A named contact, an address and hours
Give a person's name, a phone number answered during hours and an address if clients visit. Add a WhatsApp link.
Samples and testimonials
Show invented sample pages, not real documents. Quote a client only with their written permission, and keep personal details out.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Marketplace listing or our own site?
Both. A marketplace profile brings enquiries, but your own site holds the document pages, the upload form and your credentials, and is the page a client checks after seeing you elsewhere.
Do we need Hindi or Kannada pages?
Add them if your clients search or speak in those languages, and have a native writer produce them. A rough translation of your own site is poor advertising for a translator.
Does the site need to load fast on a phone?
Yes. Most clients photograph a document and send it from a phone. A slow page, or a form that fails on a phone, loses the request.
Who should own the domain?
The company. Keep the registrar and hosting login with a director, so a change of staff or a falling-out with a builder never locks you out. Ask any builder to hand over the details in writing before the project starts.
Do you translate documents for us?
No. GullySales is a sales and marketing firm. We bring the enquiries in and help turn them into orders, and your own translators and reviewers do the language work.
Can you promise our pages will rank for visa translation?
No one can. We build pages that answer what clients search and record the requests that come from them. Rankings depend on search engines and competitors, and are never promised.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
