Vaastu consultants · Content marketing

Write the explanation you give on the phone, in the family's language.

Content marketing for a vaastu practice is writing down the answers you give the same families every week, such as what can be changed without breaking a wall. GullySales plans the pages, adds the language versions elders read, and keeps outcome claims off all of them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For vaastu consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The demolition question is the one everybody asks”

A family that has already paid wants to know what can be corrected without breaking anything. Almost nobody writes that page plainly, and it is the most searched worry in this trade.

  • “Housewarming season has a calendar”

Families fix griha pravesh and bhoomi pooja dates in particular months, and start asking weeks before. Writing for those weeks after they arrive is too late.

  • “Two readers, one page”

The young buyer searches and the elder decides. A page has to satisfy somebody comparing consultants and somebody weighing tradition, which is why the language version matters.

What we do

What we deliver for vaastu consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page on what a plan review actually covers

What you look at, what you need from the family, how long it takes and what arrives at the end of it.

Result: Families stop asking what they are paying for.

  2. A page on changes that need no demolition

What can usually be adjusted in a finished flat and what cannot, written honestly, including when the answer is to leave it alone.

Result: The family that already bought has somewhere to land.

  3. Commercial and industrial pages of their own

Shops, offices, godowns and factory plots written separately, with a note on working alongside the architect and structural engineer.

Result: A business owner sees that you advise on more than homes.

  4. A griha pravesh preparation checklist

What families usually want settled before a housewarming, published before the months those dates fall in rather than during them.

Result: You are found while the date is being fixed.

  5. Language versions of the pages that matter

The main explanations written again in the languages your families read, rather than machine-translated from the English.

Result: The person deciding can read you properly.

  6. The page named at each enquiry, recorded

What a caller had read before they rang, logged when the plan arrives and reported against the baseline.

Result: You write more of what brings plans in.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions buyers ask first

What a family or a builder asks before booking a vaastu consultation, and the page that answers it.

Which direction should the main door and the kitchen face?
A rooms-by-direction guide. For east, west, north and south facing plots, say where rooms usually sit in the texts and where a flat's fixed layout limits it. Present it as guidance, not a rule.
Can I check a plot or flat before I buy?
A pre-purchase page. Say what you look at: the shape, road, slope and direction, what cannot be changed later, and what to send, such as the plan, site photographs and the north line.
What does a consultation include, and what do I receive?
A consultation page. Describe a site visit versus a remote plan review, the documents needed, what the written report holds, and what you do not do or claim.
Is this tradition or superstition?
An honest explainer for the sceptical reader. Say where the practice comes from, what you take as tradition, and what you do not claim about health or wealth. Respect earns more trust than defence.
Do you work with my architect and builder?
A page for architects and builders. Say when to send the plan, what you review, how your remarks are given and who makes the changes. A good page turns referrers into repeat clients.
Which day and muhurta for the foundation or housewarming?
A page separating vaastu from muhurta. Explain bhoomi puja and griha pravesh steps, what the priest decides, and what you advise. Send the reader to their priest for the date.

This is written for these vaastu consultants.

  • Vaastu consultants attached to a temple, math or astrology practice
  • Consultants who also practise as architects or civil engineers
  • Vaastu advisers working with builders and developers on layouts
  • Consultants specialising in commercial, shop and office vaastu
  • Consultants advising on factories, warehouses and industrial plots
  • Online vaastu consultants reviewing plans across cities
  • Family practices passed down from a senior consultant

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the content marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which page should we write first?
The one on what a plan review covers and what it costs, because that is the question every caller asks. Then the page on changes that need no demolition. Those two answer most of the enquiries you are already fielding by phone.
Should our pages be in English or in Kannada?
English for the main pages, because that is what most families type into a search box. Add proper versions of the important ones in the languages spoken at home, written rather than translated by a tool. Elders read carefully and notice the difference.
Should we publish a client's house plan as an example?
Only with consent, with the name, address and plot number removed. Better still, draw an illustrative plan of your own so no family is recognisable, and say clearly that it is an illustration.
How do we answer people who send forwarded vaastu messages?
Publish a short page saying what the forward claims, what the texts say and what you recommend, then link to it in replies. Do not mock the sender. Most senders are worried, and a calm answer brings them to you.
Will marketing make vaastu look commercial?
It does not have to. We write in a calm, respectful voice, explain what you do and how you work, and leave out fear-based lines and claims about wealth or health. Families trust a consultant who speaks plainly more than one who promises results.
Can we say what results a family will see?
No, and we will not write it. Outcome promises can be treated as misleading under the Consumer Protection Act and the ASCI advertising code. Your pages describe the service and your experience, not what will happen after.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
