Vaastu consultants · Pay per click advertising

Advertise in the days a family is deciding, and promise them nothing.

Pay per click advertising for a vaastu consultant reaches a family in the short gap between shortlisting a flat and paying the booking amount. GullySales writes ads that carry no claim about results, keeps the platform's own rules in view, and sends every click to a plan review.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend against enquiries received.

For vaastu consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The window is days, not months”

The builder wants the booking amount by Saturday. An advertisement seen the following Tuesday is money spent on a decision already taken.

  • “The platforms restrict how this is advertised”

Rules on belief-based and spiritual services differ by platform and change without notice, and an account can be suspended. Check the current policy before spending, and have your adviser read the copy.

  • “You are bidding against people selling objects”

The same words are bought by sellers of pyramids, yantras and remedy kits. The advertisement has to make it clear you are selling a professional opinion.

  • “A plan review is a smaller first yes”

Asking a stranger for a site visit fee is a large ask on a first click. A paid review of the floor plan on WhatsApp is a small one.

What we do

What we deliver for vaastu consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns built around new project launches

The localities where large layouts and apartment projects have just opened bookings, set as the areas the advertising runs in.

Result: You reach families in the weeks they are choosing.

  2. Ad copy with every claim removed

Wording that describes the service, the experience and the fee, with nothing about results, and read by your own adviser before it runs.

Result: The account is not built on a line you cannot defend.

  3. A plan review booking page

A page that asks for the floor plan, the facing and the deadline, states the fee and offers a time, instead of the home page.

Result: A click arrives as a plan you can price.

  4. Blocked words for products and free advice

Remedy items, yantras, free chart and download phrases kept out of the account and reviewed from the search report.

Result: You stop paying for people shopping for objects.

  5. Call and WhatsApp tracking

A number used in advertising alone and a tagged WhatsApp link, so an enquiry can be traced to the campaign that produced it.

Result: You know which locality is worth advertising in again.

  6. Cost per booked consultation reported

Spend measured against plans reviewed and visits booked, compared with the enquiry baseline recorded before work starts.

Result: Advertising is judged on consultations in the diary.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

The searches worth paying for as a vaastu consultant, and the ones to keep out.

Purchase searches, such as vaastu check before buying flat
Bid. A family about to pay a booking amount has a floor plan and a deadline. State what you look at on a plan and the fee, and ask for the plan and the facing on the form.
New house searches, such as vaastu consultant for new house
Bid in its own campaign. A plot owner is earlier in the process and will read more. Offer a plan review before construction starts, and say what you need, such as the plot dimensions.
Shop and office searches, such as vaastu for shop entrance
Bid separately, since the buyer is a business owner with different questions. The page should talk about the premises, a counter and an entrance, and ask whether the space is owned or rented.
Free advice and calculator searches, such as free vaastu tips
Block, with horoscope, astrology and kundli words too. These are readers and hobbyists, and they will not pay for a consultation, so keep them out of the budget.
Where the click lands
Send the click to a page that says what you can judge from a plan and what needs a site visit, with a form for the plan, the facing and the date by which the family must decide.
Counting a real enquiry
Count a plan received with a facing and a deadline, or a call that books a site visit. A message asking only if a given direction is good is a question, not an enquiry.

Who it is for

This is written for these vaastu consultants.

  • Independent vaastu consultants working from home or a small office
  • Vaastu consultants attached to a temple, math or astrology practice
  • Consultants who also practise as architects or civil engineers
  • Vaastu advisers working with builders and developers on layouts
  • Consultants specialising in commercial, shop and office vaastu
  • Consultants advising on factories, warehouses and industrial plots
  • Online vaastu consultants reviewing plans across cities
  • Family practices passed down from a senior consultant

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the pay per click advertising work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the total budget

We agree the full paid advertising budget available across all platforms, rather than planning each one separately.

  2. 2

    Audit current platform performance

We compare existing campaigns on a shared basis to see where the budget currently performs best and worst.

  3. 3

    Build the cross-platform plan

Campaigns are structured across platforms with a shared measurement standard from the outset.

  4. 4

    Implement and monitor

Campaigns run with budget allocated dynamically based on real-time performance.

  5. 5

    Measure and reallocate

We report performance and shift budget toward what is working, within agreed limits.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Are we even allowed to advertise vaastu consultation?
In many cases yes, and each platform sets its own limits on belief-based services, which change. We check the current policy before building anything and keep the copy free of claims. If a platform refuses, search listings and referrals still work.
What can the advertisement say if we cannot promise anything?
What you do, how long you have practised, what the visit covers and what it costs. A family with a deadline is choosing on clarity and availability. A promise would make them more suspicious, not less.
Should the advert be in English or in the local language?
Use the language the family would use at home for this decision, usually the local language, and test an English version for apartments and city buyers. Run each as its own advert, so you can see which one brings plans.
Do builders and architects who need vaastu input respond to ads?
Rarely. They tend to choose through someone they know. Put a small, separate campaign behind the searches builders make, or simply keep your referral relationships warm, and judge the advertising on family enquiries.
Will marketing make vaastu look commercial?
It does not have to. We write in a calm, respectful voice, explain what you do and how you work, and leave out fear-based lines and claims about wealth or health. Families trust a consultant who speaks plainly more than one who promises results.
Can we say what results a family will see?
No, and we will not write it. Outcome promises can be treated as misleading under the Consumer Protection Act and the ASCI advertising code. Your pages describe the service and your experience, not what will happen after.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
