Vaastu consultants · Social media

Explain one placement calmly, in the language the elder speaks.

Social media for a vaastu consultant is a set of short explanations of the questions families ask, spoken plainly and with no claim attached. GullySales plans the posts, keeps forwarded warnings out of them, and settles what may be shown from a client's plan.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For vaastu consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Forwarded warnings will undo the practice”

The frightening list that circulates on every group is tempting to share and travels well. The serious family reads it, decides you are one of those, and rings somebody else.

  • “A client's plan is their property”

A layout can be recognised by the family, the neighbours and the builder. Nothing from it goes up without written permission, even with the name removed.

  • “The language decides who actually watches”

A two-minute answer in Kannada or Telugu reaches the parent who settles the decision. The same answer in English reaches the child who was only searching.

  • “Calm is the rarest thing in this category”

Most of what a family scrolls past is shouting. One steady explanation of why a placement is suggested does the work of a hundred posts.

What we do

What we deliver for vaastu consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A post plan from the questions you are asked

The placements families raise every week, each answered in a short clip or note, planned across the months rather than posted when remembered.

Result: The feed answers what people were about to ask you.

  2. Language versions of the main explanations

The handful of clips that matter recorded again in the languages your families speak at home, with the same wording.

Result: The elder deciding can follow you without a translator.

  3. A consent and redaction rule for plans

Written permission before any drawing appears, every name, address and project removed, and one person who approves each post.

Result: No client is ever recognisable in your posts.

  4. A claims check before anything is published

Each post read for promises about money, health or fortune, since a line written quickly can outlive the practice that wrote it.

Result: Nothing posted becomes a claim you have to withdraw.

  5. A booking route on every post

A WhatsApp link that opens a message naming the consultation, so a viewer can ask about their own plan in one tap.

Result: Watching turns into a plan arriving.

  6. Messages and bookings counted

How many enquiries came from each channel and how many became consultations, read against the baseline recorded before work starts.

Result: You post where plans actually come from.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where families look, and what a vaastu consultant posts on each.

YouTube explanations of one question
Answer one thing: which way the main door should face in a flat, or where the kitchen goes. Use plain words and make no claim about results. The action is to book a consultation with the plan.
Instagram reels with a plan on screen
Show a redacted floor plan with a compass and mark one direction. The action is to send your plan in a message for a consultation.
WhatsApp for those planning griha pravesh
Share a checklist of what to check before moving in, and invite the family to send the plan. The action is to reply with the plan and the date.
Facebook groups of home builders and associations
Answer questions like how to check an east-facing plot, and link to one explanation. Follow the group's rules. The action is to book a consultation.
LinkedIn for builders and developers
Post a short note on layout review before the plan is finalised, from the vaastu side. The action is to send the layout for a review.
What not to post
Promises about health, money or marriage, forwards about objects that bring wealth, selling objects, and any line that tells a family their house is unlucky.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we post about remedies and objects?
Explaining what a suggested change does is fine. Promoting items for sale turns a consultancy into a shop and invites questions about claims. If you do stock anything, keep it separate from the advisory pages and take advice on the wording.
Can we show a client's floor plan in a post?
Only with written permission and with everything identifying removed, which is harder than it sounds in a small layout. Drawing a specimen plan yourself is safer and makes the point just as well.
A viewer comments 'is my house bad?' under a video. Do we answer?
Reply that a house cannot be judged from a comment, and invite them to send the plan for a consultation. Do not say yes or no in public, as it frightens people and invites misuse. Keep a standard reply for this.
Should we go live on Instagram to take questions?
It can work if you answer only general questions and send specific ones to a booking. Say at the start that you are not advising on any particular house. Record it, remove anyone's plan shown on screen, and avoid claims.
Will marketing make vaastu look commercial?
It does not have to. We write in a calm, respectful voice, explain what you do and how you work, and leave out fear-based lines and claims about wealth or health. Families trust a consultant who speaks plainly more than one who promises results.
Can we say what results a family will see?
No, and we will not write it. Outcome promises can be treated as misleading under the Consumer Protection Act and the ASCI advertising code. Your pages describe the service and your experience, not what will happen after.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
