Affordable housing developers · Local SEO

Appear on the map when a family searches for flats near their workplace.

Local SEO for an affordable housing developer means making the project site and the sales office easy to find on maps and in local searches. GullySales works on the business profile, the address details and the nearby-area content that a first-time buyer reads before travelling.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For affordable housing developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer checks the commute before the price”

A family looks at the map to see how far the flat is from the factory, the station or the school. A profile with a correct pin, the sales office entrance and a route description answers that question better than any brochure.

  • “The site and the sales office are two places”

A developer may have a sales office in town and a project on the outskirts. Searchers arrive at the wrong one. Each needs its own listing with its own address, its own opening hours and a clear note on which to visit.

  • “Reviews from buyers need careful handling”

A booked buyer's comment is useful to the next family, but real estate has rules on what a developer may display. Ask for honest reviews only from those who have visited or bought, and check the platform's current rules and your adviser.

  • “Nearby searches are phrased in local terms”

People search for flats near a named junction, market or industrial estate. Pages that mention those landmarks match the way the family describes the place to a relative.

What we do

What we deliver for affordable housing developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile for sales office and site

Separate, complete listings with correct pin, photographs of the entrance, contact and a visit instruction.

Result: A searcher can tell which place to visit and how to reach it.

  2. Address and landmark consistency

One written form of the address and nearby landmarks used on the website, profile, hoardings and printed material.

Result: The same address appears everywhere a buyer might look.

  3. Neighbourhood pages

Short pages about the area near each project: schools, transport, markets and health facilities, written from visits.

Result: A family can judge daily life around the flat.

  4. Review request routine

A polite message to visitors and buyers asking for their honest experience, and a record of replies given.

Result: Every review has a reply logged by your team.

  5. Call and direction tracking

Counting calls and direction requests from the profile where the platform supplies the figures.

Result: The owner can read which listing brings calls.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a profile before the project is built?
A project under construction can have a listing for its sales office if people can visit there. Follow the platform's current rules about what may be listed, and keep the details true to what exists now.
How do we handle a bad review?
Reply politely, offer to talk offline and correct any fact that is wrong. Do not argue in public and do not ask for removal unless it breaks the platform's rules. Buyers read how a developer responds.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
