Affordable housing developers · Website

Give each project a page that answers price, EMI, loan and handover in plain words.

A website for an affordable housing developer is where a first-time buyer checks that the company is real, the project is progressing and the sums add up. GullySales designs and builds pages for each project and for the loan questions, for phones and for local languages.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For affordable housing developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor is on a mobile phone with limited data”

These buyers rarely sit at a desktop. A site loaded with heavy videos and sliders is slow to open and costly to load. A light page with clear text and a call button serves the person actually visiting.

  • “The page must answer the sums”

A gallery and an address do not tell a family if they can afford the flat. A page with unit sizes, price details, a sample EMI marked as an example, and the other charges lets a family test the budget at home.

  • “Proof of progress calms the biggest fear”

A page with dated site photographs, a clear statement of the stage reached and the state regulator registration details where required, tells a worried buyer the project is real. Keep it current, because an old photograph does harm.

  • “Contact must work the way these buyers prefer”

A form that sends an email nobody reads is useless. A call button and a chat link that open straight to a team member, and a request for callback at the family's preferred hour, match how the family wants to speak.

What we do

What we deliver for affordable housing developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Project pages

A page for each project with location map, unit plans, sample EMI, charges and construction progress.

Result: A family can read everything needed before a visit.

  2. Loan help page

A page with the documents checklist, the lender partners and a request for a bank check.

Result: The page can be shared with parents and relatives.

  3. Local-language versions

The key pages in Kannada, Hindi or your buyers' language, with a language switch on every page.

Result: The same project is readable in two languages.

  4. Mobile-first build

Pages designed for small screens and slow connections, tested on a typical phone.

Result: A page opens and reads clearly on a basic handset.

  5. Enquiry and call-back flow

A short request form, call and chat buttons, all feeding the shared enquiry record.

Result: Every enquiry from the site appears in the record with its source.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site show prices?
Showing the price and the other charges, with a note that they are as per the current list, builds trust with buyers who fear hidden costs. Check with your legal adviser what the rules in your state require you to show.
Do we need a new website for each project?
One site with a page per project is easier to keep current and shares trust across projects. A very large township may justify their own pages or site, decided after looking at your plans.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
