Affordable housing developers · Search engine optimisation

Be the project a family finds when they search for a flat within their EMI.

SEO for an affordable housing developer means being found when a first-time buyer searches for a 1 or 2 BHK in a locality, at a budget, with a loan. GullySales works on project pages, locality content and the structure that lets search engines read your inventory.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For affordable housing developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search by locality and budget, not by builder name”

A family types the area near their workplace and the kind of flat, sometimes in Kannada or Hindi. A site that only carries the developer's name and a gallery gives search engines nothing to match. Each project needs its own locality-led page.

  • “Thin project pages lose to portals”

A portal lists dozens of projects with filters. A developer page that repeats a brochure loses to it. Yours can win by being more specific about the commute, the school nearby, the unit plan, the charges and the loan partners.

  • “Search results carry a trust question”

A family anxious about delay reads the results for signs the developer is real. A clear page with the state regulator registration details, dated site photographs and a named office helps the reader judge, and the page should say only what is true.

  • “Language is a ranking decision too”

Parents who influence the purchase search in the local language. A page written well in that language, not machine-translated, reaches a reader English pages miss entirely.

What we do

What we deliver for affordable housing developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Project and locality page structure

One page per project with locality, unit sizes, sample EMI and charges, and linked pages for the neighbourhood.

Result: Each project has a page that answers the questions a searcher types.

  2. Keyword map by locality and budget

A written map of the phrases buyers use for each area, including local-language phrases, matched to pages.

Result: Every target phrase has one page assigned to it.

  3. Technical clean-up

Page speed on mobile, clear titles, readable addresses and sitemaps so search engines can read every project.

Result: A site report lists each fix made and each one pending.

  4. Local-language pages

Project pages in Kannada, Hindi or the language of your buyers, reviewed by a native reader.

Result: The same project can be read by the whole family.

  5. Search performance reading

A plain account of which pages are getting visits, which phrases bring them and which enquiries followed.

Result: The owner can see which pages deserve more work.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can SEO get us to the first page for our area?
Nobody can promise a position. Search results change, and portals are strong competitors. The work is to make each project page specific, accurate and readable so it deserves to be found, then read the data and improve.
Do we need a separate site for every project?
One site with a page for each project serves better, since the pages share trust. A separate site for a very large township can be considered after looking at your actual projects and plans.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
