Commercial architects · Local SEO

A company in your city searching for a nearby architect should see your office.

Local SEO for a commercial architect is the work that makes the practice appear when a nearby company or institution looks for a designer. GullySales works on the Google Business Profile, the office details and the local pages, and promises no map position.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For commercial architects

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Corporate occupiers prefer someone they can visit”

A manufacturer planning a plant wants an architect who can reach the site on short notice. A search with the city name is how that preference shows up, and a practice with no local presence does not appear.

  • “The profile is read before the website”

Buyers see the map listing first: address, type of business, photographs and reviews. A wrong pin, an old phone line or no project photographs makes a sound practice look closed.

  • “Reviews from clients need care”

A client who is a company may not want to post publicly, and the practice must not push. Asking politely, and accepting that some will decline, is the honest route. Check any professional council rules on advertising before you start.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial architects.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business Profile setup and correction

The listing completed with the right business type, address, hours, website and service areas.

Result: The listing matches the office buyers will find.

  2. Project photographs on the profile

A selection of finished buildings, with permission, uploaded and captioned.

Result: The listing shows built work, not only an office front.

  3. City and region pages

Pages for the cities and districts you serve, each listing real projects there and local approval experience.

Result: A search with a place name finds a page about that place.

  4. Review request wording

A polite message you can send to clients who are willing, with no pressure and no incentive.

Result: The request is consistent and respectful of the client.

  5. Consistent listing details

Name, address and contact details checked across directories and professional listings.

Result: One version of the practice appears everywhere.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a Business Profile if clients come by referral?
Yes. A referred buyer will look you up, and a complete listing with photographs confirms what they were told. It costs little and prevents an unfinished first impression.
Can we ask clients for reviews?
You can ask politely, but check your professional council's current advertising rules first, as they differ by profession. Never offer a gift or fee in return, and never write a review for a client.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
