Commercial interior designers · Digital marketing

Plan the online side of the studio around the owners who hire you, not around the platforms.

Digital marketing for a commercial interior designer is the combined plan of website, search, social platforms, messaging and paid reach that gets business owners to contact the studio. GullySales works on choosing the parts that fit your business types and on recording what each one brings.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Interior designers: show a real physical business scene illustrating Site measurement and BOQ. Turn measurements into a BOQ by room and item, priced by running feet or square feet from your own rate list. A version is saved for every change, so the approved BOQ is never in doubt.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For commercial interior designers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Doing everything online spreads a small studio thin”

A studio with a handful of people cannot post, write, advertise and reply on every platform. The plan should start with where your last signed owners came from and put effort there first.

  • “Reach without a record cannot be judged”

An advertisement may bring calls, but if the source is not written down, no one can say whether it brought a clinic or a price shopper. The record of source and outcome is what lets you decide what to repeat.

  • “Spend belongs to business types”

Money spent on reaching restaurant owners reaches a different search and a different buyer from money spent on clinics. Plans that treat commercial work as one audience waste budget on those who will not hire.

  • “The site is the place where everything lands”

Every advertisement, post and listing sends the owner to the site. If that page does not show the business type, the finished space and a clear route to a brief, the earlier effort is lost.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial interior designers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan by business type

A one-page plan setting out the business types you want, the channels for each and how you will record results.

Result: You know what you are doing, for whom and why.

  2. A source record

A sheet or CRM field showing where every enquiry came from and what became of it.

Result: The channel that brings signed work is visible.

  3. A written budget

Any spend on search or social platforms set out in writing, with the audience and the stop point.

Result: Money is not spent without your agreement.

  4. A landing page per paid effort

A page for each business type that an advertisement leads to, with a brief form.

Result: The advertisement reaches a page that answers it.

  5. A review of what to keep

A discussion of the source record, with what to repeat, change or stop.

Result: You decide the next step from facts.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where should a small studio start?
With the website pages for the business types you want, the Google Business Profile and a simple enquiry record. Add search ads or social posts once those are in place.
Do we need an agency for all of it?
Not necessarily. Decide which parts your team does well. We work on the parts you want help with and leave the rest, agreed in writing.
How do we know if it works?
Compare enquiries, layout meetings, quotes and signed projects by source against the baseline taken at the start. Whether those rise depends on factors outside our hands, and we do not promise a result.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
