Land brokers · Local SEO

Show up in Maps when someone nearby asks who sells land in this taluk.

Local SEO for a land broker is how your office appears in Maps and local results for people searching in or about your town and its villages. GullySales works on the profile, the areas served and the reviews that sit beside your name.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For land brokers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Owners search too”

A landowner thinking of selling asks for a land broker near them, in the local language as well as English. The profile that shows an office, an area and a phone line that is answered gets the call, and the mandate goes with it.

  • “The office may be a table above a shop”

A land broker may work from a small room or a relative's premises. Maps wants an address it can verify, and the platform has current rules for businesses without a shopfront, so the service area carries more weight than a signboard.

  • “One profile cannot stand for every village”

A broker covering a cluster of villages cannot open an office in each. The service area, the page for each village and the words in the description carry the other places.

  • “Reviews weigh heavily when the sum is large”

A buyer about to pay a large sum reads what earlier clients wrote. Reviews on honesty about documents and on how site visits went matter; reviews about a price do not. Ask without offering anything in return.

What we do

What we deliver for land brokers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified profile of the right business type

The profile names land or real estate brokerage to match your work, with address, phone number and hours.

Result: The profile names the work you do.

  2. A service area drawn on villages and corridors

The places you cover, entered by name rather than by one large circle.

Result: A search from a nearby village finds your office.

  3. Photographs of the office and the area

The signboard, the entrance and the roads you cover, never clients or their documents.

Result: A buyer sees where the office is before travelling.

  4. A review request after a visit or a completed deal

A short ask in the client's language, with no reward offered.

Result: The newest reviews come from people who dealt with you.

  5. Replies to every review

A polite, public reply that states what was agreed and invites a call about any complaint.

Result: A doubtful reader sees a complaint answered in public.

  6. Calls and direction taps recorded

The profile's own counts of calls and direction requests, set against the starting figures.

Result: You can see whether the profile sends anyone to the office.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

I work from home. Can I list a profile?
Platforms have current rules for businesses run from a home or without a shopfront, including hiding the address and using a service area. Check the platform's current rules before you submit, and never use an address that is not yours.
Should I put each plot on the profile?
Use posts and photographs for current plots, and keep the detail on your own pages, where documents and film can sit. Remove a post when the plot is sold, so the profile never shows land that has gone.
What do I do about a review saying a deal fell through?
Reply politely and in public, say what the owner stated and what was agreed, and invite the reviewer to speak by phone. Do not argue figures online and do not name the people involved.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
