MEP consultants · WhatsApp marketing

Run the architect conversation on WhatsApp without losing the record.

WhatsApp marketing for an MEP consultant is using the app where architects and site teams already talk to share capability, answer queries and move a proposal along. GullySales works on a business account, message templates and the rules for moving decisions from chat into your records.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For MEP consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Architects ask first on WhatsApp”

A fee query or a drawing question arrives as a message with a photograph. If it sits unanswered while the principal is on site, the architect moves on to the next consultant.

  • “Decisions made in chat vanish”

A change agreed in a group is not in the drawing register or the CRM. When a dispute comes, the firm has a chat to scroll through and no record of what was decided.

  • “A personal number is a single point of failure”

When enquiries land on one partner's phone, the firm depends on that person's attention. A business account with named handlers lets the team share the load and keeps the history.

What we do

What we deliver for MEP consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business account set up for the firm

Profile, catalogue of services by building type and a greeting that tells an architect what to send first.

Result: A first-time contact gets a clear reply.

  2. Message templates

Prepared replies for fee requests, proposal acknowledgements and follow-up, written in plain words and checked against the platform's current rules.

Result: Common messages are consistent and easy for staff to send.

  3. A group protocol for projects

Rules for who is in each group, what is decided there and how decisions are copied to the register.

Result: Chat decisions reach the record.

  4. A capability share

A short document that can be sent in a chat, with building types, software and how to start.

Result: An architect gets a firm introduction in one message.

  5. Opt-in and contact rules

A way of recording permission before sending business messages, and of stopping them when asked.

Result: Messages go to people who agreed to receive them.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Is a WhatsApp broadcast right for consultants?
Not for broad lists. A broadcast to people who have not agreed is unwelcome and may breach the platform's rules. Use it for architects and clients who have asked for updates.
Should site engineers use the firm account?
For firm matters, yes: queries, proposals and capability. Site-level chat among the project team can continue in project groups, with decisions copied into the register.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
