Mixed-use property developers · WhatsApp marketing

Meet the enquiry on the app the buyer already uses, with a message that fits the use.

WhatsApp marketing for a mixed-use developer means using the Business app or API to answer enquiries, share plans and keep in touch with buyers and tenants. GullySales sets up the routing, the message templates and the consent record for each use.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For mixed-use property developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers send a message before they call”

A home buyer or a shop owner often taps the number on a hoarding or listing and writes first. If the reply comes from a personal phone with no record, the enquiry is lost when the executive changes.

  • “Documents travel on WhatsApp”

Brochures, floor plans, payment schedules and leasing sheets are shared there. Keeping approved versions in one place stops an old price list from circulating.

  • “Brokers coordinate on it”

Commercial brokers share availability and ask for updates on a group or a chat. A broker broadcast list separate from the buyer list keeps the two audiences apart.

  • “Consent and platform rules apply”

Messages sent in bulk need the recipient's agreement, and the platform changes its rules. Check the platform's current rules and your own adviser before any broadcast.

What we do

What we deliver for mixed-use property developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business number and profile

A business profile for the sales gallery and one for the leasing desk where they are separate, with greeting and away messages.

Result: Each buyer type reaches the right desk.

  2. Click-to-chat routes

Links and codes on pages, advertisements and hoardings that open a chat tagged with the use.

Result: The first message arrives labelled.

  3. Approved message templates

Templates for site visit confirmation, plan sharing and lease enquiry follow-up, using facts you confirm.

    Result: Executives use approved wording.

  4. Document library

A single set of current brochures, plans and leasing sheets for the team to share.

Result: No one sends an outdated file.

  5. Consent record

A note in the CRM of who agreed to receive messages and for what.

Result: Broadcasts go only to people who agreed.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we use the app or the API?
The app suits a small team. The API suits many executives sharing a number, with chats saved in the CRM. We set out the cost and the limits of each, and you choose.
Can we send launch announcements to everyone?
Only to people who have agreed to receive them, and within the platform's current rules. We keep home buyers and commercial contacts on separate lists.
Do buyers want WhatsApp for a purchase this large?
Many ask questions there and then visit. It carries the conversation, not the booking, and the signing still happens in person.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
