Product and industrial design studios · Website

Build a site that shows process and manufacturing sense, not only renders.

A website for a product design studio is where a manufacturer or founder decides whether to book a meeting. GullySales plans pages that show how you work, what each stage delivers and how a buyer starts.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For product and industrial design studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors judge process within seconds”

A buyer who sees only images assumes style. A page that sets out brief, concept, detailing and tooling support shows a studio that finishes products. Show the sequence of brief, concept, detailing and tooling support on one page, so the buyer sees a studio that finishes products.

  • “Case pages need the hard parts”

Material, process, tool type and the problem solved matter to an engineer. Leave them out and the page reads as decoration. Give each project page the material, process, tool type and constraint, with images carrying plain descriptions.

  • “Confidential work leaves gaps”

Some projects cannot be shown. Explain the process on pages that need no client name, and show only what is cleared. Explain the process on pages that need no client name, and add cleared projects as the clients agree.

  • “Contact paths must suit the buyer”

A plant owner may prefer a phone call and a founder a form. Offer both and a WhatsApp link. Offer a phone number, a short form and a WhatsApp link on every page, so each buyer starts in their own way.

What we do

What we deliver for product and industrial design studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Stage and fee explainer

A page setting out concept, development and handover with what the buyer receives at each stage.

Result: A buyer understands how the fee works.

  2. Product-type pages

Pages for appliances, furniture, medical devices and other products you design, each with a relevant project.

Result: A visitor finds work like their own.

  3. Project pages with engineering detail

Brief, material, process, constraints and handover, for each approved project.

Result: An engineer can judge your depth.

  4. Startup fit page

A page stating what a studio needs from a startup before a project begins.

Result: Prepared founders arrive; others self-select.

  5. Clear enquiry route

A short form, a phone number display and a WhatsApp link on every page.

Result: A visitor can start in one step.

  6. Studio and team page

A page naming the designers, their training and the kind of products each has taken to production, with their approval.

Result: Buyers meet the people they will work with.

  7. Maintenance routine

A short checklist for updating contacts, projects and cleared work as clearances arrive.

Result: The site stays current without a rebuild.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a fresh site?
If the existing site loads on a phone and explains stages and projects, we improve it. If not, we plan a rebuild after reviewing what you have.
How much of our portfolio should be shown?
Only what clients have cleared in writing. We help present the rest as process, without names or unreleased details. Add the cleared projects as each client agrees, and keep the rest as process pages.
Should the site mention design protection?
Only in general terms, directing the reader to a registered attorney. We never state that a design is protected. State only what a registered attorney would confirm, and link to nothing that promises protection.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
