Property consultants · Local SEO

Be the name a buyer sees when the search says a locality and a need.

Local SEO for a property consultant is the work of appearing on the map and in locality searches for the areas where you advise and meet clients. GullySales works on the profile, the locality pages and the consistency of your details across listings.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For property consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer searches the area they want to live in”

A search such as 'property consultant near Kondapur' comes from a person who has already chosen the neighbourhood. The consultant whose profile and pages name that neighbourhood is the one who shows.

  • “An office address may not be where you work”

Consultants meet clients at sites, cafés or the client's home. A profile built around an office nobody visits misleads the map. Set the service area to the places you cover, and keep the office detail honest.

  • “Seller and resale clients hunt for a local expert”

A homeowner selling in a society wants someone who knows that society. A page that names the localities and the kinds of home you handle answers that search better than a city-wide profile.

  • “Details that differ between listings weaken all of them”

A name written two ways, an old phone line on a directory, a wrong hours entry: the map reads the mismatch as doubt. One set of details, repeated everywhere, is the cheapest fix available.

What we do

What we deliver for property consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified business profile set for service areas

The profile with the right primary type, the localities you cover, honest hours and a description that names your work.

Result: The map shows what you do and where.

  2. Locality pages for the areas you serve

One page per area with the facts you know first-hand: access, schools, water, resale patterns and the projects you can advise on.

Result: A search for that area finds a page written by someone who works there.

  3. Listing consistency across directories

Your name, address and phone checked on the directories buyers use, and corrected to a single form.

Result: The same details appear wherever a buyer finds you.

  4. Answers to questions on the profile

Replies to buyer questions and a services list written in plain words, within the platform's current rules.

Result: Common questions are answered where the buyer is already looking.

  5. Call and direction counts read from the profile

The profile's own figures for calls, direction requests and website taps, recorded against a starting baseline.

Result: You can see whether the profile brings people to you.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

I work from home. Can I still list a profile?
Check the platform's current rules on home offices and service-area businesses. Where a profile is allowed, hide the home address if the rules let you, and set the localities you serve.
Should I list every locality in the city?
List the places where you advise and can meet a client. A long list of areas you do not know weakens the profile and wastes the visitor's time.
Do reviews matter for a consultant?
They appear on the profile, so they are read. Rules on how you may ask for them differ by profession and platform, so check with your own adviser and the platform's current rules.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
