Real estate marketing agencies · Digital marketing

Market the agency with the discipline you sell to developers.

Digital marketing for a real estate marketing agency joins search, social, content, email and outreach into one plan aimed at developers and promoters. GullySales sets the plan, the order of work and the review of which routes bring in developers who sign.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For real estate marketing agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Agencies market clients better than themselves”

The team is busy with launches, and the agency's own posts, pages and mailers wait. The result is a website that a developer finds weaker than the work you do for others.

  • “Every channel needs the same story”

A developer sees a LinkedIn post, then the website, then a proposal. If the segment, the method and the sales handover are described differently in each, trust drops.

  • “Spend without tracing is guesswork”

Money put into events, ads or directories brings enquiries nobody can trace. Without a source on each proposal, the next year's budget follows habit.

  • “Launch cycles create lulls”

Agencies are busiest around client launches and quiet in between. That quiet is the time to publish and reach out, and a plan decides what happens in it.

What we do

What we deliver for real estate marketing agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan for developer audiences

Which channels reach promoters and marketing heads, the role of each and who owns it.

Result: Every channel has a purpose and a named owner.

  2. A single positioning statement

A short description of the segments you serve and the way you work, used on every channel.

Result: Site, posts and proposals describe the agency in the same words.

  3. Source tracking on proposals

A field recording where each developer first heard of you, filled in at the first conversation.

Result: Proposals trace back to the route that brought them.

  4. A quiet-season calendar

A list of what to publish and who to contact when client work is light.

Result: The slow stretch between launches has planned work in it.

  5. A review of routes

A look at which routes brought developers who signed, which brought only enquiries, and what to change.

Result: The next plan drops what did not work and adds to what did.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small agency start?
Start with the website and a clear message, then outreach to developers on your list. Add channels once those two work and you can trace what they bring.
Do we need paid advertising?
Not at the start. Paid reach can support a defined set of developer roles later, once the site and case pages are ready to receive them.
How do we avoid copying what we do for clients?
Treat the agency as a client with its own brief. Its buyer is a marketing head or promoter, and the plan should follow that reader's questions.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
