Villa developers · Search engine optimisation

Appear when a family searches for villas in the area where you are building.

SEO for a villa developer means making the project findable for the area searches families type, such as villas near a ring road or independent villas in a named locality. GullySales writes and structures the pages so the search engine and the family both understand what each villa is.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For villa developers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Families search by area before they search by builder”

A buyer who wants a house with a garden on a particular side of the city types the locality, not your name. A project page that mentions the area once in a footer is invisible to that search.

  • “Plot size and facing are search words”

Villa buyers look for a plot size, a number of floors and a facing direction. A page that lists these in plain text matches what the buyer types, and a brochure image does not.

  • “Portals outrank a new project site”

Property portals carry strong pages for every project. Your own site wins on detail the portal cannot hold: each villa type, the internal roads, the real price with extras and the drive times.

  • “A project far from the city needs its own proof”

A buyer who doubts the distance searches for schools, hospitals and highways near the project. A neighbourhood page that answers those questions earns the visit before the buyer has met a salesperson.

What we do

What we deliver for villa developers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Area and villa-type page plan

A list of the locality searches and villa-type searches your project should appear for, matched to pages.

Result: A written plan names each search and the page that answers it.

  2. A page for each villa type

Plot size, built-up area, floors, facing and price range in readable text, with floor plans and photographs described for search.

Result: Each villa type can be found by its own name.

  3. A neighbourhood and drive-time page

Schools, hospitals, highways and shops near the project, with honest drive times from the city's established areas.

Result: A buyer can read how far everything is before the visit.

  4. Technical set-up and project schema

Page titles, descriptions, speed and structured details for the project and its address.

Result: A checklist shows each page's title, description and address details.

  5. Search performance baseline

The searches the site appears for, recorded before work begins and read again afterwards.

Result: A baseline sheet to compare against later.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Landowners who developed their own land into a small villa project

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Will the project page outrank the portals?
Not on its own, and we do not promise any ranking. The site is built to carry the detail portals cannot, so a family who reaches it finds a reason to visit.
Do we need a separate site for each project?
If you run more than one project, each deserves its own pages under one site so the pages support each other. A single villa project can sit on one clear site.
Can we say the project is approved on the page?
Only when your lawyer has confirmed the registration and approvals in writing. Advertising rules in real estate differ by state and change, so check the wording with your own adviser before publishing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
